Huge Thanks to Chem-Dry. Moved into a nice condo a year ago and a few months ago the stains really started to show up. With two young kids it just happens. They did a great job our carpet looks awesome!

I have used Chem-Dry of Scottsdale & Paradise Valley on multiple occasions. They are my go-to carpet and upholstery cleaner. They are always punctual, thorough and professional. All of my experiences have been excellent and I would highly recommend their services.

Do yourself a favor and rent a cheapest carpet cleaning machine instead of using this company. What a waste of Money!! He showed up on time spent 45 minutes maximum for cleaning a carpet on room, and sofa, loveseat and ottoman!! charged $320!!! . Carpet on small room was kind of new (2 years old, very good quality) and still he didn’t clean it through ( there are spots I saw after he left ). For furniture I can promise you there was almost no change before and after!!! He also mentioned carpet will dry maximum in 2 hours! I took my son to his bedroom and carpet was still wet and room smelled disgusting!!!

They got the stains out and the house smelled good, which can be challenging with pets in the house. Now that we have hardwood floor, we have Chem-Dry clean our area rugs and have been very satisfied with the results and the fair pricing. Nice job

I had my whole house cleaned (tile, sofa, and carpet). Hobie and Tyler did a great job. They were on time, took the time to clean everything, and went off some spots a few extra times because I was concerned about them. I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

I needed the carpet cleaned in 2 rooms of house on short notice. I called Erica and she spent at least 15 minutes checking the schedule, calling the servicemen to ensure they could fit me in. Bottom line, less than 24 hours after my call, courteous, professional cleaners were in my house taking care of my dirty carpets. They came out much better than expected. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use again.

The communication with this company has been great! They've gotten back to me quickly and came out to do a follow-up when our very pet-stained carpet did not come fully clean on our first treatment. Highly recommend.

Donald was able to come out to my apartment in Biltmore in less than 24 hrs for 3 separate intense stains (blood, espresso, pet poop) on a white polyester couch!! It t took him <1 hour and he was SUPER friendly!! Even better is that he was early!

After vacation we came home to pet stains in our bedrooms and called ChemDry to help clean up the carpets. They were so kind and helpful to clean up the pet spots as well as a lot of the dirt build up on the high traffic areas of the room.
The carpets look great and smelled like pumpkin spice when they were done! I purchased a bottle of spot remover they recommended which came in handy. This morning my hubby spilled an entire cup of coffee on the freshly cleaned carpet and the spot remover with my wet Bissell picked it up great! Will definitely use these guys again in the future. Shout out to Don and the gentleman he was with being patient with my hectic self rangling dog and baby while they were here. Lol

I was moving out of my apartment over at Optima and my carpet looked pretty rough (kids and pets). Brian was my technician and he did a great job. I had to take a picture as he was half way done with the carpet cleaning. Definitely recommend Chem Dry for any carpet cleaning that needs to be done.

I was eating carne asada fries in my car and of course I dropped it and got guacamole all over on my seat. I was devastated! I was telling my girlfriend about it and she recommended I find a chem-dry to clean it. So to Google I went. Chem-dry of Scottsdale appeared. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and was able to get me on the schedule within the week. David came out to my place to clean my car. He was on time, polite, and explained everything. David was able to get the 8 month old guacamole stain out of my car set and it has never looked cleaner. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and their smells and David was great about explaining how the solution Chem-Dry of Scottsdale uses is green certified, so it's safe for me and my dog (who goes on car trips with me occasionally.) Thank you David and Chem-dry of Scottsdale for making my car look and smell great again. I will be recommending you to all my friends.
