As you are all aware we moved into our new home in Scottsdale and are first time pool owners. We inherited a mess of a pool and are still working through many issues, however, Buddy, owner of Blue Water Pools has been amazing in calling me back personally and getting to the bottom of correcting our issues. I am overwhelmed at the incredible staff in the office that have truly cared about me and gone above and beyond to always get back in a timely manner and direct all my calls where they need to go. Everyone that I have worked with at Blue Water from the techs to office staff to the owner have been professional, dependable and amazingly kind. Buddy and the team have always done a great job keeping my pool maintained and would quickly identify issues and get them resolved. Blue Water is fantastic. Have used them for 4 years after a recommendation by a friend who was extremely happy with them. I interviewed a number of pool services. None came even close. My pool always looks fantastic. The pool guy who does our neighborhood, John, is a great guy which is important when they're on your property every week. The office is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, very efficient, always there and genuinely nice. They've educated me all about pools and advised me on my pool robot. I also used them for repairing my pool motor. They were very fair and efficient and made a minor repair that saved me a lot of money. (I hadn't realized they did motor repair and had called someone else who told me I needed a full replacement.) I have recommended them to others and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this. They are absolutely the best. So grateful to have Blue Water taking care of my pool.

I really appreciate the fact that the ownership of this company has remained the same for all that time, and Buddy's employees have all been reliable, professional, friendly and very capable. Never once have my pool or spa turned green. They have my full confidence and now I'm also using them for pump repairs as I trust them implicitly for their quality and fair pricing. We have been using Blue Water for our weekly pool service for 24 years. It's an amazing family-owned business that has a work ethic, high moral standards, and pride of ownership that one rarely finds in the service industry anymore. In 24 years we have had only two different people maintain our pool. Our original pool guy retired and was replaced by an equally qualified, professional young man that takes his work seriously and is always looking out for our best interests. Blue Water has always been fair in their pricing, whether it be for weekly maintenance or repair issues. Companies like this don't come along very often. Keep up the good work Blue Water, we couldn't be happier with your services.

We constructed out pool in 1984. Blue water is the only company that we have ever used and we have only had three people over all of these years. We have never had a problem with anything and they have always shown up on the days that they were scheduled. I would highly recommend Blue water to anyone that what's a reliable, professional and polite company. Michael does a great job weekly and Buddy has always been helpful with anything that we ask him. Blue Water Pool Chemical has been maintaining my pool since it was built 37 years ago. The company is marvelous. The pool always looks great and there has never been a missed week of service. The few times they have found problems with equipment or chemicals the staff have reached out to me and then, with my approval, they proceeded to remedy the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking intelligent, reliable and customer oriented service.

I've been with Blue Water since 2000. That's 23 years. I've only had 3 pool people who work for Blue Water to clean and service my pool during this time. I've never had a major issue in that time. I think I've called the office once about a lid not being put back on but that was due to a back up cleaner taking over for the regular guy. Its good to have long term trusting employees who know your pool and Blue Water tries to keep them. They come to understand everything about your pool so when something goes wrong they recommend corrective action and I take it. My pool looks great 23 years after being put in. You can call and talk to the owner at any time and ask for his advice about your pool. If Blue Water can't do it they'll refer you to someone else in the Phoenix area that's a reputable company. Support staff are also kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are good for getting the people they trust coming to your home each week plus chemicals. If the owner sells and retires this recommendation is no longer valid.

Run! I hired Blue Water to clean my pool. First visit was awful and disheartening. I don’t think the pool was even brushed. It had some algae build up and supposedly was treated yet the pool had algae spots everywhere. Below is just part of how the pool was left. I called and spoke with a very snippy person named Lindsey who started by saying they had been around over 45 years and knew what they were doing and told me algae takes more than one trip to fix…really?? I brushed it all off myself after they left… Anyway rather than have someone come out and take a look and try and resolve the situation, she reiterated that her cleaner would never leave the pool in such condition (I think the picture shows otherwise) and told me I could cancel my service if I wasn’t happy. So that’s how they value customers…if you don’t like it..leave..they know better than you what they are doing and that leaving algae in the pool for another week is acceptable. Ridiculous! Classic splash and dash!

When we bought our home, the pool was in terrible condition. Even the neighbors mentioned that the previous owners constantly struggled to keep it clean and could never find a reliable company. We tried multiple pool services ourselves, but none of them could get it right—until Blue Water came to the rescue.

Blue Water Pool Chemical Co. is hands down the most knowledgeable and experienced team we’ve worked with. If you own a pool, you know that even with the best care, issues still pop up. At one point, we were convinced we’d have to drain the entire thing, but their troubleshooting and quick action turned it around overnight.

When my family moved to Phoenix in 2006, we hired Blue Water Pool, and loved their service. In 2014, we bought another house, and hired Blue Water Pool. In 2025, we moved to Mesa, and again, we chose Blue Water Pool. Over the years, Buddy and his team have provided exceptional, resxponsive, cost-effective service, and we've had some pretty old, cantankerous pools. And when the job has been out of scope for the folks at Blue Water, they've connected us with really good people who do the bigger stuff with just as much care as does the team at Blue Water. If you're in the Valley, and if you're looking for an honest, responsive, down-to-earth pool servicing company that won't try to upsell you or take advantage, you should go no farther than Blue Water Pool.

Wonderful! I can't recommend this company highly enough. My 3 pillows are fluffy, smell great, the ticking is perfect and the feathers will not leak through. The weight and fill amount of each pillow is perfect. Their service was professional and timely and reasonably priced - way cheaper and more predictable than getting new pillows!

I received a great education about (my long neglected) down pillow care! I wasn't aware such a miraculous transformation could be achieved. The cleaning of the insides and redistributing of down was amazing, as were the new outer shells. Some pesky feathers in one small pillow were replaced with down at no charge. A very pleasant experience!

These guys are amazing. It’s like getting a new pillow for a fraction of the price of fine down pillows. Turnaround time was great. They reached out to make sure exactly what I wanted my pillow to be and make it perfect. Love these guys.
