We have enjoyed wonderful service from Blue Water since we moved to this house. Helpful, courteous and hard working technicians have kept our pool in great shape. Our current tech, Daniel, has been a pleasure to work with.

Have your water tested by a professional pool supply place. Testing is free. My pool chemicals were way off. I made three attempts to have Blue Water correct the problem and they failed miserably. No one returned my calls, no one there took me serious, no one came and corrected the pool chemicals. I was a good paying customer for a year and when I had a problem I was ignored. It may look good on the outside but deep down the chemistry could be way off. Most people are ignorant as to what is actually being done to their pool as I was. The only good thing is I learned how to do it myself and it is easy. Don’t pay these guys hundreds of dollars a year when you can easily do these simple tests yourself and save hundreds! I would have given them at least a three star rating hadn’t it been for their poor customer service. I’m sure there are more qualified companies out there to maintain your pool. Do your homework!!

We have used Blue Water for our pool for over six years. Julio is great. I only hear from him when there is a problem, and it is always fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Great service. Professional responsive and friendly. Called last minute, as my pool guy stopped coming a few weeks before I moved! They had an employee out to clean my pool within 48yrs. Highly recommend, and if I still lived in Az, and had a pool I would definitely hire them!

Self maintaining a pool is hard work and for the most part we aren't experts at it.

40 YRS. The # of years we have been doing business with Blue Water! We can always depend on the poolman to be here. Same day of the week and about the same time.He services the pool, leaves a slip of paper (date and time) sometimes a message about the pool if needed.We have traveled alot during the years but never worried about the pool care. Always done. We are so used to this attention and good service, we take it for granted! Blue Water always does their job.Have recommended their service to our neighbors thru the years and they are very satisfied too. Most important the pool looks great. I have went through several pool companies and their own personnel. I finally found one that is a keep. They don’t have the high turn over if at any like the other companies do. Plus, they actually do clean the pool. Had numerous pool techs out and would skim one or two spots and leave but somehow I am paying for full service.

This company is the best. Julio my pool tech is so nice and friendly! If he leaves the company it will be sad. He has been there for years though so I hope he stays.

We have been using Blue Water Pool Chemical Co. for 42 years and have had the same service rep, John, for the past 36 years! Who can even say that? We are sure not many! During those 42 years, we took a couple months off to save a few bucks, thinking we could do it ourselves but we could not! We realized very quickly that it was worth every penny to have John take care of our pool! John shows up every week at the same time like clockwork. If there ever is a change, he always calls giving us plenty of notice. John is very reliable and always aims to keep our pool, not only looking good, but functioning correctly! We highly recommend Blue Water and plan on staying with them for many more years to come!!

Prompt, attentive and quality service. We utilize this company to service pools at multiple rental properties as well as our own. Whenever a problem has arisen, they've been wonderful to work with and have sent repair technicians out the very next day. The office staff is very helpful, the pool technicians are personable and knowledgeable and everyone we've encountered has been respectful and professional. Buddy, the owner, has called us personally to follow up on repairs and his positive management style is inherent in the culture of the company. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 15 year old home with a pool, spa and waterfall in Scottsdale, and I misinterpreted information, I received from my pool service provider, Blue Water Pool Chemical Co. As a result I gave them a low rating, which I can guarantee you was absolutely wrong on my part.
As a result of the low rating, the owner Buddy, was extremely responsive and professional in resolving my issues and literally setting me straight, which I appreciate. In addition, my weekly pool service guy, Tom, came out not on a non-scheduled visit, just prior to leaving on vacation that same evening, to help rectify any issues as well. Way above the call of duty!!
Buddy's office manager, Sandra, is very polite and responsive as well. I definitely recommend Blue Water Pool Chemical Co to service your pool in the Valley!!

We have been with Bluewater for over 40 years and have only 3 people to service our pool! They are reliable, caring and alert you to any problem! They deserve more than 5 stars. They have become family!

The best company in the valley to service your pool. They are 100% honest, upfront and provide a flat fee to cover all cleaning and chemicals. They won't try to sell you a cartridge filter. Beware of those that do! If you have a sand filter don't get rid of it.Check them out!

Bluewater has been servicing our pool since 2001. We've even had our same person, Craig, providing the excellent service all these years. Our pool always looks great and the maintenance has minimized any mechanical problems and costs we may have encountered over a long period of time.

We chose Blue Water Pool Chemical Co. because they were not put off by servicing a pool in the county strip surrounded by the dust and dirt that can come with living in the wide open county lots. Our intrepid pool cleaner, Julio, has yet to be bested by all Mother Nature has to throw at our pool, no matter the season. He has also proven his fortitude in dealing with random and accidental encounters with our dogs over the years despite our continuing best efforts at prevention. Over the several decades, here in Scottsdale, I have used several different companies who provided pool maintenance services, but to my biggest surprise Blue Water Pool Chemical company has been providing unmatched quality service with great satisfaction. So those who need similar support look no more and put Blue Water on your list.

I just started using Blue Water Pools in January 2021 when my other pool service went out of business. Blue Water Pools got to the house right away, got me a quote, and started service. The service technician assigned to my house was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had many years of experience. I recommended them to at least 2 others who are now using them.

When I purchased this house just before the turn of the century (1998) the seller asked if I had ever maintained a swimming pool. I answered ‘No’. He went on to say that just when the family wanted the Pool the most, probably in July or August, a green pool would appear.
He used Blue Water services and recommended we stick with them, which we did. For over 24 years my family has enjoyed regular and dependable service from 3 technicians…each ensuring that the pool is clear and blue all year round.
And when you hang around as long as we have you also get to talk to the office staff who handle the bills and customer queries too! On more than one occasion the owner (Buddy) has picked up the phone and called or stopped by also. In these crazy times it’s nice to know caring people have a ‘can-do’ attitude, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet customer expectations.
