I was unhappy with this company until recently when we got a new person coming to our pool. Chaz has been the only one who actually left the pool clean! Other times, we would come home, and I was certain that no one had visited, but check my email and see that they took a picture and filled the chlorine tabs. Several times I was hime and the people would be there leas than 10 mins and leave with visible dirt in the deep end. The first week, we saw Chaz actually sweeping and taking the time to leave it looking nice. Usually, this is only 20 mins, but he cares about leaving the job finished instead of doing the bare minimum to check the boxes. As long as Chaz is in our route, we will stick with Palm Breeze.

Consistent, punctual, informational, and above all else... Great with our dogs! Very satisfied with our pool care since switching to Palm Breeze. 🤝

We really love this company. I would just like to say that Jake, our technician is a great kid. Very nice and polite. We hate to see him go, however we understand he is going back to college. I hope our new technician will be just as nice and courteous.

I posted the following review a few months back. This is an update from the beginning of 2025. My appreciation of the job Palm Breeze Pool Care does for me keeps growing. My newest “pool man,” Jake, is superior in every way. My pump was not priming, so it would run, but no water was being pumped. Jake diagnosed it and fixed it in one visit. My filter was leaking. Yep, diagnosed and fixed in one visit. When Jake took over servicing my pool, the water quality readings were not good (kept getting better, but very slowly). After just a few weeks, the water quality is such that very few chemicals have to be added, also meaning my bill has gone down. Jake definitely knows this business, and that knowledge is translated to superior service for my pool. As a result, I wholeheartedly recomment Palm Breeze.

Palm Breeze is absolutely a company that cares about you and your pool. Since leaving another company and hiring Palm Breeze, my pool has been getting the attention it deserved all along. Any time I have a question or a need, a quick email to them gets me the answer I am seeking. And the answer comes significantly faster than any communication I tried having with my previous provider. The proof of the pudding, though, is in the person who cleans your pool. From day one, I have had good service even though there have been several different employees servicing my residence. Chaz, my current service provider, is beyond exceptional. In the five years I’ve been in this house, my pool has never looked better than the last few weeks with Chaz. Keeping my fingers crossed that he is my “forever” pool guy.

I have utilized many of the Valley’s pool companies over the past 5 years. Palm Breeze stands out amongst them all. Personable, Professional and easy to communicate with are the attributes that stand out. What more would one need? Jake personifies the above and cares for your pool as if it is his own. I have a rental house and Palm Breeze Pools really takes care of my pool. They notify me and my tenant when they're coming to do their cleaning and stay in contact if there is an issue with equipment. I highly recommend Palm Breeze Pools pools!

I’ve had many many pool man over the years, and have never had success with a single one !! In fact my pool usually ended up green . Until Jake from palm Breeze arrived in my yard. In one week my pool went from cloudy green to a beautiful blue sanctuary!! Wow I’m telling you he really knows what he is doing!! He’s cleaned my filter , installed a new motor , and now we’re going to drain and do a boric acid treatment! He really is great , friendly , and a real pool pro , I highly recommend Palm Breeze to anyone who wants to get great service for their money , and a beautiful pool ! I would tell all my friends to work with Palm Breeze !!

Palm Breeze Pool Care provides excellent pool care and service. Keanu is great! We initially switched service providers because our old pool tech would inform of us of issues with the chemical levels almost weekly, we drained our pool and did everything else he recommended, however it didn’t make a difference in how much chemicals he would add and our bill started to become ridiculously high. When we first spoke with Palm Breeze we expressed our concerns and they listened. We were reassured of their level of commitment to help us get it right. Like I said Keanu is great, he goes above and beyond! He’s knowledgeable and communicative. I like receiving weekly snapshots of the chemical levels and chemicals added! I also like having the convenience of electronic invoices and electronic payment options. Our old pool care provider didn’t have this. Overall very satisfied with the service so far.

Jake has been taking care of our pool for a year now and he is AWESOME!! He’s super friendly and very knowledgable - we wouldn’t use anyone else!!

He was he was able to spread out our repairs so that it wasn't some big huge cost giving us peace of mind knowing our pool care was in good hands with their full service pool care.
