Our pool mechanical equipment is quite complicated. Darren figured it out, fixed previous mistakes, replace a broken valve, and was professional and friendly. You should give him a raise!

Have been with Crystal Falls for a 5+ years and they have always been reliable and responsive, overall very pleased. However, today was something special...I had my pool acid washed. Over the years calcium, etc. had built up and my pebble tech floors and walls looked horrible. Ryan worked on it all day, and did an outstanding job. I am blown away with the work and the results. Our dark blue color is back! (Check the before/after pics) I would never trust anyone else after seeing his attention to detail and diligence in getting it done right. Can't say enough good things about this service and especially Ryan. Thank you!

Crystal Falls Pool Services has great staff, they are very friendly and always shows up!! Pool looks great! If you are looking for a reliable pool cleaning company, I highly recommend!

Sometimes bigger is better!
I have been a customer of Crystal falls for 18 years! They have always been there whenever I have a problem with my equipment. (Which isn't that often). Here's where bigger is better: When I do have a problem, they are out either the SAME DAY or the Next Day. You just can't expect a small one man pool service to respond as quickly as that! They don't charge any more for the quick service. Their prices seem the same as what some of my friends are paying to their pool service company. I can always count on Crystal Falls when I need them ASAP!

PS: When we needed a railing installed quickly, of course the Crystal Falls team got it installed in one week! Other companies might have taken a month or more.

We have had the same pool tech service our pool for years, and we appreciate his hard work and dedication to keeping our pool looking crystal clear year-round.

My tech is excellent. If I miss his text because I’m on a conference call or away from my phone he will work me back into his schedule later in the day or the next day. Very nice to have such wonderful customer service. AND best of all, My pool has never looked better!!!!

By far, Crystal Falls Pools is the best company we have worked with. Our technician, Eleazar Fonseca is prompt and does a great job, every week. Also, had an issue with the pool and the manager, Zach Forseth, came to fix the problem extremely quick. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Today Austin L. arrived and cut a new tile for our filter cover. Did an outstanding job of matching the tile to our existing decking. Very happy with his work!

Keenan Chalmers was just here. He came because our pool was going downhill after the recent storm. There was algae building on the walls, the pool was turning cloudy and there was a lot of debris. Keenan evaluated the chemistry, added the appropriate chemicals, scrubbed the walls, vacuumed the pool and removed the debris. Although it was 110 F degrees at our house, he had a great attitude, was very positive and wanted to make sure that our pool was taken care of properly. Keenan is very customer oriented and professional, yet he is easy to talk to and friendly.
He is a great representative for Crystal Falls and I highly commend him for his good work and easy going manner.

Just a note to tell you how delighted we remain with Keenan Chalmers as our pool and pond specialist. We returned from 5 weeks in Italy about a week ago, and found our water features still in excellent condition. He is not only a very efficient, effective and comprehensive worker, he also happens to be a very nice young man!

I was moved over to this company when my pool company was bought out. Terrible customer service to start with. If there any storms or any inclement weather they will delay your cleaning service by days. They are paid to inspect the equipment and clean the pool. My services rarely lasted more than 5 mins. The tech broke a part on my basket I had to get another tech out to inspect. The tech assured me they would get the part and install and I agreed to the $150 charge still. Never happened. The tech doesn’t know how to operate a fence and claims it’s locked and does not service the pool. Called Tuesday to cancel yet they showed up today. Called in they said I wanted to finish out the month which I did not. They told me the call is recorded so I requested that as I know what I said. Then they agreed to send me the recording said they will stop service now and when I asked when I would get the recording they hung up on me and are now screening my calls.

We have been using Crystal Falls for several years and are very happy with our service. They are professional, consistent and courteous. Dylan our pool technician is exceptional. Our pool always looks great after his visits. We of course have had a couples of things pop up but Ryan the Manager always gets things squared away. He even came to help us on the 4th of July!

They are reliable, helpful and
responsive. They come when scheduled, alert me to problems and answer any questions I may have. They are my 4-5 service company and none of the others compare.

I've been using them since my pool was built. They've always been responsive, on time, and my pool looks great.

They've been great about maintaining the pool and fixing issues as they come up. Recently Austin came out and fixed a cracked Travertine tile and Vac lock for the vac hose. They are nice guys and easy to work with.

Jake has been conducting weekly maintenance on our pool for a few years. He is friendly, reliable, honest, and, most importantly, great at his job!

Dylan came to do our weekly service of cleaning and checking chemicals on our pool today. He started out by texting me telling me he was on his way. He then asked if there was anything specific he could do, I suggested a few things that I saw that could be problematic. He sent me pictures when he was done. I always get a printout from Crystal falls pools saying exactly what the technician has done Each time! I also have special notes to make sure the gate is always locked. I have a dog that runs and have never had a problem. I appreciate them going above and beyond when it comes to any pool concerns.
