A little miss communication problem when scheduling the services. When they were here they went above and beyond in providing service. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Squeekly Kleen Windows since 2001 when we moved to Phoenix. It's always easy to schedule, they show up on time and always do a great job.

Don't ever tell a business that you won't be home while they are doing their work. I trusted that my windows would be clean when I came home. I found the job incomplete and terribly done.. They (Danny and another worker) came back to complete the higher windows. They didn't bring the correct ladder the first time. I never thought to inspect the work before they left. Then I saw one screen covered in cobwebs. That's when I decided to walk around my house to look at all my windows. They had only cleaned the side of the windows that had no bug screens. The windows that had screens still had dirt and cobwebs and bugs on the window sills, so I could see that they were never removed and the windows weren't cleaned. I could hardly believe it. I called and complained and Danny came back and apologized that he had not inspected the work that his worker had done. He didn't deny that the windows with screens hadn't been cleaned. He had taken three or more calls while he was at my house and was obviously distracted. The window screens were not washed, either. They were brushed, because he said they were too old and could easily break. I didn't think my screens were in poor shape and I think they would have been ok to be hosed down, at least. Even today, three days later, I see that many window sills still have dirt. I had for many years, one window cleaner who came with his ladder and left my screens and windows spotless and he was much cheaper. I didn't think that I would have any concerns. Don't use these guys. There are many window cleaners in the valley.

Danny did a fabulous job on our two story home. He was extremely thorough and his work exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use Squeeky Kleen again and would request Danny!!

Danny came by himself to do the outside and inside of our ground floor condo's windows. He was very thorough, diligent and patient. He was also respectful and professional and we will definitely be requesting him in the future.

This would have been 5 stars for the work done, but dealing with the person who answered the phone about the price on my invoice was completely unprofessional. I asked why the $20 coupon wasn't reflected on my invoice, since this is what I was told when I made the appointment. The gentleman on the phone was downright rude and disrespectful. He didn't take the time to look up my order and just said it would be removed when they ran the credit card and got the coupon. I told him that I didn't have a coupon to give the workers, that this coupon was an online coupon and was supposed to be taken off my invoice when I made the appointment. He kept saying that it would be taken off the invoice, but I had the invoice in my hand. What he needed to say was that he would make sure that my credit card would be charged $20 less than what was on the invoice. His attitude was unprofessional to say the least. It is not that hard to give respectful customer service. The workers did a great job!
