I had an issue with the pool pop-ups not working. I was surprised to be able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The tech came and fixed it at 7:30am without waking us up and off he went. Highly recommended!

I had a three month ordeal with my pool not cleaning properly with a bunch of different "professionals" not being able to figure out the problem or wanting to take accountability. I was finally directed to Troy's and they solved the problem immediately. They knew exactly what to do after one consultation and fixed the problem on their next visit. Troy's Aqua Blue Pool Service is an outstanding company. They were able to get Bill out a day after I called and he did a great job replacing our pop up valve and making sure the pop up’s were cleaning the pool. The pool is now the cleanest it has been since installation. Bill was truly wonderful answering all my questions and making sure I was completely satisfied. I had issues with my swimming pool pop ups. They were approximately 7 to 10 years old and probably needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing them all, they just replaced the bad ones because they were under warranty. A few months later, we had similar issues and they came out to do some adjustment to the heads. Yesterday I noticed that dirt was building up certain areas. I sent a picture to Troy’s Aqua Blue late last night and Tyler (owner) called and stopped by today. He was very pleasant and diagnosed what he thought was the issue.
In summary, they are very responsive and wanted to make sure that I was happy with their service. I would highly recommend Aqua Blue for any of your pool needs. They have been in business for approximately 30 years.

I have been successfully using Crystal Falls Pool Services for years and I've been very happy with the help and services they have provided me. Brandon Pieper went above and beyond helping me with resetting my timer via FaceTime well after hours to ensure my timer was successfully working. I would highly recommend Crystal Falls and Brandon.

We just moved into a home last week and decided to try the pool company that was already servicing the pool for the prior owners. We were expecting our first service on Friday in advance of having guests at a home that evening. When it got to mid afternoon, we called to check to see when they were coming and found out, through no fault of Crystal nor of ours, that was some uncompleted paperwork so we had not been placed on the schedule. We were disappointed, and we started to clean as much as we could, but very shortly thereafter, two Crystal technicians came to our door. They were delightful and did a great job in making the pool look immaculate!

Pedro and Jordon went above and beyond on Friday to make sure the pool was taken care of, and Raven, who I spoke with this morning, was delightful and helpful. With professional customer and pool service, along with friendly, solution-oriented representatives, its no wonder Crystal is successful!

This company has taken care of my pool for >10 years and done a fantastic job! If I ever had any issues or concerns they would send someone out within 24 hours for no emergent issues. They kept my poop running wonderfully! Brandon the manager is courteous and super helpful with all issues and Mike our tech was always prompt, polite and took his time making sure our pool was running and looking great! Super service! Would recommend without any hesitation or concerns!!!

Crystal Falls has always been a great pool company for us. I have been using them for 10 years and have always been extremely happy with the service. This week I asked if they could come to my house twice because we are having an open house. Brandon Pieper didn't hesitate to add me to his schedule the very next day. He was willing to come to our house late in the afternoon after he finished his day of pool cleanings. He did a thorough and fantastic job! I am grateful that he went above and beyond for a customer! What a great person they have working for them.
