I love Crystal Falls! Keenan and Brandon have been awesome. I have a beast of a pool and they have slayed it. They have exceeded my expectations. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have had Crystal Falls pools as my pool cleaning company for around 18 months and they are very good. Today I had to have my filter pipe connections repaired as a bulkhead coupling cracked. Their technician Roberto showed up and within 60 minutes had it re-plumbed working and looking like new. I was very pleased at how professional and precise Roberto was. Totally happy with this repair, the cost was reasonable and I highly recommend CFP's.

Our pool technician Aaron is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Anytime we need additional services he is happy to accommodate us. He does not rush the job, but takes time to ensure our pool is clean and the PH is well balanced.

Zach is also a great resource for ensuring we get our pool serviced to the highest quality standards. He worked with us to make sure all of our needs are met and we are happy customers.

I have been with Crystal falls pools for about the past 15 to 18 years and outside of maintenance they also have helped keep my pool in excellent shape with their construction and repair division. There is no one I would trust more than Crystal falls pools for my pool.

We had an excellent experience with Austin! He came out to do some pool work for us and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who clearly takes pride in their work, and Austin definitely does. Our pool has never looked better — highly recommend asking for him if you need service!

I know each and every week that when he comes, he’s not only going to take perfect care of my Pool, but he makes every effort to ensure the safety of my home by always locking the gate to my backyard and my pool after he leaves. He is trustworthy, exceptionally talented, and a young man who any company should be proud to have work for them. Yesterday my family and I experienced an extremely disturbing encounter with one of this company’s drivers. While my wife was driving with me and our two daughters in the car, the driver operated their vehicle aggressively in the HOV lane — tailgating, swerving, and driving in a way that scared all of us. When we exited the freeway, the same driver followed us all the way to our exit, becoming even more aggressive after noticing me in the passenger seat.
This behavior caused my wife to have a panic attack. We contacted the police, but by the time they arrived, the driver had driven off near Bass Pro Shops. I have also called the company’s main office but have not received any response.
This kind of intimidation and unsafe driving is unacceptable — especially from someone representing a company in a marked vehicle. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this driver’s behavior before someone gets hurt.

Crystal Falls Pools performs maintenance on our pool on a weekly basis. Our pool always looks beautiful and ready to swim in. Our pool technician, Rodney, has taught me a lot about the operation and care of our pool since he became our technician. We recently had our pool drained and acid washed. Zachary coordinated the service. He was a great communicator and the process went smoothly. I don’t hesitate to recommend Crystal Falls Pools for your pool service and maintenance.

Friendly, prompt routine weekly service of our pool and filtering system. We really like our service guy who takes his time to checkout the chlorine level, acidity level and skim the surface and brush the sides. Our pool over the past 4 years has never looked better. I had a great experience with Skyler at Crystal Falls Pools. She helped me make my payment and made the whole process very quick and easy. She also took the time to make sure my payment for the entire year was applied correctly to my account, which I really appreciated.

Skyler shared that she’s only been with the company for about a month, but you would never know it. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cares about helping customers. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Great customer service.

I have maintained my own pools in the past, but after relocating in mid-2025 and having minimal time, I used Crystal Falls for about 7 months. I was happy with their service and especially liked the reports the tech emailed each week when he finished the service. Eleazar was our tech and he was great and super friendly.

We moved over to Crystal Falls when Monster Pool Company decided to move away from the pool maintenance business. I have been very happy with the provided services so far. I get notifications when a tech is on the way for service and a very comprehensive report once the service is complete. My pool always looks crystal clear and have had no issues. Highly recommend their service!

We had our 30+ year old pebbletec pool redone a few years ago and, eversince, we've had Crystal Falls do weekly poolmaintenance (and more frequently when we go on vacation). We used to do it all ourselves, including cleaning DE filter. Brycen has been very reliable and terrific about keeping our pool very nice. We communicate well to make sure little and big things are taken care of. He's a professional.
