I have used MFPG for several years . Their service is always timely and well done. Occasionally I use them for additional services like refilling the pool, acid wash and cleaning filters and they always do a great job. I highly recommend their service.

I think i've posted maybe 3 reviews on a product/service in my entire life (40 yrs old btw). So the fact I'm posting a review for this company means they've more than exceeded expectations and have simply just done their job time after time. To not have one complaint of a company/service for over 5 years is more than a rarity these days, it's simply unheard of. I can't remember them missing one week of service in the past 5 years which means i've had a clean sparkling pool for 5 years straight.

Billing has been a breeze and their rates haven't gone up once when I can't name one other service or industry that hasn't raised their pricing at least 20% in this same time frame. Its not about the cost for me anyways. Its about the convenience and reliability. Good luck finding either of those in 2025.

Always on time, super professional, and they leave everything spotless. If i were to start a pool cleaning company then I would copy their business model down to the last detail. The world doesn't make small business companies like My Favorite Pool Guy anymore so if you're lucky enough to have them as your pool cleaning service, don't take it for granted cuz companies like this are a rarity.

Jason and his crew go above and beyond to give you a sparkling pool. They are consistent, personable, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Any problem they will be there in a heart beat! Weekly service is reliable and cost-effective. Throughout a few moves, I have come back to My Favorite Pool Guy time and again to service my pools. Highly recommend!

I’ll begin with, We were at the end of our rope with the “Pool Build from Hell”. I’ll keep it short. After a year and many pool companies not being able to make this mess work correctly, I came across My Favorite Pool Guy. I’m blown away with what has been accomplished in a very short amount of time. Jason brings in his guy Tom for the Pentair portion and Justin from Jmax Plumbing to correct the plumbing issues. Two of the most professional companies I’ve worked with on our home remodel. Cannot say thank you enough.

I have been a very satisfied customer of My Favorite Pool Guy for several years. Even after I moved residences, they were and still are my “go to company”. I was in trouble until I signed My Favorite Pool Guy to take care of my Pool. The pool had sat empty for a year and then I hired the same pool company my brother used to repair it and get it up to speed. They were terrible and took forever. I fired them and thought I could take care of it myself. I'd get the pool cleaned and three days later it had algae growing again. Then I met my neighbors pool cleaner and I was impressed with his knowledge of pool care. I signed with My Favorite Pool Guy and within a week Jon had the pool looking great and the water tests were all perfect. I told Jon I was worried because my daughter was coming from Germany in two weeks with my four grandkids and my son was coming from California with his girlfriend. Jon told me he'd come extra days to make sure it was ready.... but it wasn't necessary. Within a week he had everything perfect. Having my children and grandchildren visit was special enough, but being able to swim twice a day in a perfect pool made their vacation priceless!

We just moved to Scottsdale from the east and it was clear that the previous owners of our home did not take great care of the pool. Jeff came out today for his second visit and was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain the system to me and let me know what may need to be attended to in the future. He also was able to fix some issues we had with the pool filtering and vacuum system. Being brand new to the Arizona heat he gave me some tips on how to minimize evaporation, which my wallet will greatly appreciate. Jeff is definitely my favorite pool guy.

Love love love Jonathan! He is more than a “pool guy” he is literally my dog’s favorite visitor, his positive energy and friendliness are remarkable! I was referred to My Favorite Pool Guy through a friend. My long time pool service sold his business and retired and I had horrible luck trying to find a professional company I could count on. My Favorite Pool Guy is an incredibly professional business. I am communicated to regularly about storms, upcoming annual filter cleanings, repairs etc. I'm provided estimates up front for review and consideration. When I leave they are so helpful to keep an extra eye on the pool knowing I'm away. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my pool. If you want a service that will meet your expectations for solid, dependable work, MFPG is the right choice!

We have had My Favorite Pool Guy service our pool and spa for nearly 4 years now and have always had exceptional service. We've had a few techs visit over time and they have all been professional, efficient, helpful and knowledgable. We receive email recaps of the services performed after each visit. We also get annual and semi-annual reminders of other services that should be completed in order to keep our pool clean and safe. We have small kids at home so it's important that we have proper upkeep on both our pool and spa. If we ever have an issue between services - we email the team and someone responds back promptly with troubleshooting instructions or a day/time when someone can come out to help us which is always much appreciated! Fantastic service and we highly recommend!
