Great customer service! I shipped 4 older pillows to White Knight with instructions for them to check the condition of the down then refurbish 1, 2 or 3 pillows with the down that was in good shape. I fully expected 2 pillows to be worthless. I got a call from White Knight when they had a chance to look at the pillows. They told me all the down was in good shape but two of the pillows had centers full of feathers so I would have maybe 2-3 down pillows after cleaning. About an hour later I received another call. They had made a mistake - the centers sections were down after all, a situation they had never encountered before. I was told that after cleaning there still wouldn't be enough down to fill 4 pillows but because they had made a mistake they would add down at no cost to make all 4! I received them today and they are perfect.

I would give ten stars if I could. I sent off my favorite pillows and had their restoration sevice which is top notch cleaning, and recovering. Truly a beautiful job of restoration. I could not be more pleased!
Unless you've had a favorite pillow restored by them, you cannot imagine how wonderful it is to have it back, totally clean and free of dust mites, dust might feces and feather dust. They even tell you the weight of the mites and feces removed! The new covers are top notch in construction and more importantly, materials that are truly feather and down proof.
I am beyond pleased at the service and information provided on their website. I contacted them with a phone call to find out more about my specific situation before sending. The gentleman was very informative and helpful. The turn around was lightning fast and they apologized that it was a bit longer than usual due to a holiday weekend. Great communication and we are happy in every way with the results and care for 8 pillows.
I saw a similar down and feather pillow cleaning service online that wanted 300.00 to do the same thing for one pillow. Glad I kept looking and found White Knight, because while I love my pillows, that price was not doable for this retired teacher. The service included sending the pillows in a very nice zipped package for shipping, like when you buy your pillow new and sealed in an outer plastic bag
No need to buy a new pillow when you can keep your favorite pillow in better than new condition!

I've had multiple custom down pillows made (mostly for travel and gifts) and have had my down pillow redone multiple times. Always good service and excellent results.

Fantastic business. They called upon receipt of my pillows. On my order form, I’d requested additional feathers. When they examined my pillows, they noted I didn’t have a huge quantity of down & adding would have no bearing on plumpness. They saved me $$$. VERY quality cleaning and great turn around time. We all miss sleeping on “our” pillow. I HIGHLY recommend White Knight.

I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and this is the second time I’ve had my pillows cleaned by White Knight. I shipped 6 pillows to Scottsdale Arizona. My pillows were inspected weighed cleaned repackaged and sent back within 10 days. They’re beautifully packaged. They look wonderful. The pillows have a soft fabric covering and then they’re placed in a travel bag and then inside a plastic bag.
It was an easy process. I simply filled out their form. The Staff reached out to me to understand if I needed any upgrades, which I did. I re-distributed the down in the pillows so they were all equal weight.
I decided to have the pillows cleaned vs throwing out wonderful down pillows and buying new.
In the past, I’ve had some pillows cleaned at the dry cleaner. They were shipped out and came back with a hard fabric covering on them, and I wasn’t happy with the process. I no longer have those pillows.

The professionalism, quality, helpfulness of Stu...all factors associated with this company's ability to take care of the customer was outstanding. The feather is removed and cleaned new down can be added to your specifications. The re-casing was outstanding. Even the return packaging was flawless. Highly recommend for cleaning feather pillows.
