We had no hot water when we awoke this morning. He was quick to reply to our call, and by the afternoon, we had a new heater installed. Our service technician was really courteous and professional. Five stars for service.

They are unprofessionals. Unresponsive and when they respond they are super rude. My warranty company gave me their contact as they made the appointment with tech cool. Been calling them since morning, left multiple voicemails and they answer at 4:30 pm. Their response was they are closing in a few mins. They aren’t even ready to hear out our issue.

I called today and they came the same day. Everyone was nice and respectful. Affordable prices as well. They fixed my toilets. Everything was clogged and they handled everything today. Thank you. I would recommend using them!

WOW! Andres and his colleague helped me troubleshoot and install a board on an HVAC system in my house, and they were thorough in their inspection. These guys really care about their customers, and were honest in their assessment. Had them come out because another local firm quoted me $2500 for something that I ended up repairing for less than $500. I'll be using them again and again...

Really happy with the installation of our waterless tank they did. They did need a few hours to complete the task, but that was to be expected. They were highly knowledgeable about the equipment and did an excellent job. They were also very approachable and pleasant. Very pleased with the work they did overall.

I contacted multiple business to compare rates and Techcool was one of the more affordable one. I needed help changing my faucet, the bolt was stuck and neither my husband and I could move it.

Techcool responded to me within a few hours and made an appointment with me for the next day. They had to use special tools to remove the old sink. It was a “difficult removal” but they honored the original price I agreed on with the owner.

German was very helpful and even checked for leaks before he left. He also made sure the handle wouldn’t touch our walls. Good attention to detail. I recommend them :)

Andres (the tech) showed up early and knew exactly what was wrong with the unit in 5 minutes. He finished the repair in 15 minutes and stayed longer to make sure the unit was functioning properly. I received text reports periodically during the morning telling me that Andres was in transit, that he was here and that the repairs were completed. Techcool did an excellent job for me. I'm very pleased and Andres was excellent to work with.

Update: On the 2nd visit, Andres from Techcool tried to defraud me by telling me that the unit's motor was burned out - and that the replacement cost would be around $1000. Also, that I was responsible for applying to American Standard to get warranty reimbursement for the part. Upon checking with other repair outfits, I found that everything Andra had said was false. The motor was not burned out, the cost was around $425 if the unit was burned out (not $1000) and the repair outfit applied for the warranty reimbursement, not the homeowner. The entire repair consisted of replacing the capacitor, which Andres had done and overbilled me by 50%. Be very careful with Techcool. Unfortunately, it appears that they'll cheat you if they can.

We had issues with our shop and home systems within only a few days or each other. We contacted Techcool since we’ve used them in the past and, like last time, our call was answered quickly, our issues were resolved within 24hrs, and we were given options and up front pricing. When the shop had issues we called another company we thought was them by mistake and realized right away. The other company rescheduled twice and showed up in an unmarked truck, they started to repair without a quote, when I stopped them and asked them to leave they told me the diagnosis and quoted $1200.00 for everything. I researched old bank statements and found Techcool and called them immediately. They gave the same diagnosis, but repaired for $700 (which is what research showed the average cost should be). I am so happy we found the good guys again, especially when we ended up needing a repair at home.

We had a waterline leak under concrete slab. The Leak Detection specialist was not able to pinpoint the exact spot, so we decided to reroute and repipe the entire water system. It was quite a complex project and Andres did a fantastic job. He explained in detail what needed to be done and once completed, he made a thorough inspection of the new installations. We are very pleased with the results and the exceptional service that went beyond our expectations. The pricing was also affordable. This was the second major project we used this company for, and we will definitely contact them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you Andres!

Technician came to fix our water heater. He recognized the symptom that we did not have hot water in master bathroom and guest bathroom and fluctuating warm-hot water in kitchen but after 45 minutes couldn't figure out why. He said he'd be back as early as tomorrow and then I received a call from my warranty company who said that he reported that the water heater is working properly. We alerted the warranty company that the technician gave false information. He certainly knew we didn't have hot water in these locations. If we didn’t possess the skills to effectively communicate with our warranty company then they would have, on this tech's word, closed the job, charged us the trade call fee, and we'd have to settle for cold showers. I don't recommend this company at all.

So happy I called. Our two air conditioners broke when it was 114 degrees outside, so I called, and within two hours, Andres came over and fixed one of our units. He took the time to explain each unit thoroughly and what needed to be fixed on the other unit. The next day, he found the part and installed it.
