I got a new Bosch AC/heater from them and have had serious problems ever since, with no resolution. The unit compressor is way too loud and it wakes me up at night. My old cheap unit never made noises in the 10 years I had it. This brand new, top of the line unit he sold is supposed to be the quietest one available, but it is the loudest unit I have ever heard and multiple independent technicians agree the compressor noise is not normal for this unit. It is difficult to get Arizona Air to respond to any warranty or service calls. Often they will take 10+ days to reply to a call or text, if at all. I never got a response when I requested to schedule winter maintenance (which is required to keep the warranty active) so I had to have it serviced by a 3rd party. He sold a Bosch unit, but none of his workers were Bosch accredited or trained, resulting in a bad install and set up. It is also very difficult to get any troubleshooting done from workers who are not even familiar with this unit, as they continually say they only know Trane units. But he has refused to send out a Bosch Technician. There were multiple problems with the installation, including driving nails through my new roof, voiding the roofing warranty and resulting in a leak with stains on my ceiling. Also failed to specify and install correct size roof jack and return duct. Roof opening is undersized for the size unit he sold. Multiple issues of poor workmanship including a dented elbow, improperly installed vibration pads, sealing tape that is already peeling off, condensate drain that separated, condensate line installed above drain pan, holes that were not sealed, fan that was wired incorrectly, thermostat set up wrong, temperature sensor is out of specifcation. It is now more than 7 months later, and I still have no resolution on most issues, the few resolved were done at my own expense hiring a certified technician from 3rd parties. He hasn’t honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee, he does not provide superior workmanship and there is no 24/7 hour hotline or same day service as claimed on their website.This is my worst experience with a cooling/heating company ever.

We used Arizona Air for our annual AC maintenance. The technician was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave an honest diagnosis of the AC system without charging us a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. We will use Arizona Air’s services again and will definitely recommend the company to our friends as well.

I met Praveen at a Home Show in Scottsdale. He showed up when he said he would and provided a competitive price for new AC units with air handlers. He delivered them on time and his installers were professional in all respects. My AC usage has declined 45% with these new three stage units. I highly recommend Arizona Air as a trustworthy contractor.

My water heater stopped heating properly, so I called AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services of Scottsdale. They replaced the lower heating element this morning, and it’s working great again. Appreciate the quick fix and good service. Scottsdale, az people should call them.

Our commercial AC unit quit cooling this morning, and we were sweating through inventory. Called AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services of Scottsdale and they got someone out within an hour. Turned out the compressor was shot. They had a replacement in and running by early afternoon. Back to normal temperature now and we can actually work again. water from the heater smelled awful like rotten eggs. they found a bad pressure relief valve and replaced it this afternoon. no more stinky water now. price felt right too. finally found good help in scottsdale, az

Old toilet from the seventies finally needed to go. Called AZ Home Services Group in Scottsdale and they came out to replace it with a new elongated comfort height one. Installation was clean and quick, no mess left behind. The new toilet works great and looks way better in the bathroom. Would call them again if we need anything else.

I was worried about replacing my old toilet since it used way too much water every flush. they came out, swapped it for a newer model that uses much less water, and did a clean job. It feels like a smart upgrade now, and I'm glad it's not wasting water anymore.

The kitchen sink was draining super slow. They replaced the trap and cleared the pipes quickly. Water flows fine now. Fair price for the quick fix.

Faucet sprayer was leaking and the water flow was all over the place. They swapped out the old sprayer hose and replaced the aerator head today. Now it sprays just right without any drips. Glad that’s fixed, thanks to these guys!

Had some trouble with slow drainage and wanted to see what was going on underground. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, these guys used a camera sewer inspection to pinpoint the clog and knew exactly which pipes needed fixing. The repair was done quickly, and everything drains fine now. Thanks for the help!

The kitchen faucet was leaking and looked pretty worn out. AZ Home Services replaced the parts and now it looks way better and works smoothly. Price was fair too. Worth trying if you’re near Scottsdale, AZ.

Garbage disposal got jammed up bad and I couldn't get it unstuck. AZ Home Services came out this afternoon and replaced it with a new one that's way more powerful. Works great now and I can actually use my sink again instead of staring at a broken disposal.

Our water heater was making really weird noises and we found out needed a replacement. This plumbing company did a great job replacing our hot water heater and also hauling away the old water heater as well.

We needed to get our water heater replaced, and these guys did a great job taking out the old water heater and putting in the new replacement.
