Duncan & Jarad did a great job. We had our showers back up and they were able, pretty quickly, with a camera to diagnose a sewer issue. They dug it up and fixed it in less than a day. Good guys and very pleasant.

I had an amazing experience working with Cisco from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I originally received a quote from another company for about $1,400, but Cisco took the time to carefully diagnose the problem and explain exactly what was going on. It ended up being a completely different (and much simpler) issue, and he walked me through every step of what he was doing to fix it.

He was extremely communicative the entire time, he kept me updated on his ETA when he got delayed on another job and hit traffic, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he didn’t rush at all. He answered every plumbing question I could think of, even sharing his honest opinions on traditional water heaters vs. tankless systems.

What really stood out was that he also took the time to look at a few other plumbing concerns around my home and offered to put together a more accurate and affordable quote than the one I’d previously received. It’s rare to find someone so thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

I will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again in the future and I’ll absolutely be requesting Cisco every time! 10/10 recommend!

Brad was very easy to work with and very friendly! He was amazing with my dogs coming in and out and being in the way!

I had a complimentary sewer line check from service with another provider. Justine did great. He competed all the inspections and was honest about what didn’t need done, what should be done, and what can wait. Went ahead and did some service and maintenance to the water heater. A couple things that were overlooked by previous providers that I felt were necessary to keep the water heater working it’s best for the long run. Would definitely use Ben Franklin in the future

Jack was able to get to my house within 6 hours of my phone call for an emergency issue with my water heater. He gave me great information to make an educated decision and got me set up with the instalation of a new system within an hour. Tristan did a great job installing the new system. In less than 12 hours, we called for help and had everything taken care of.

Benjamin Franklin was great in getting someone to use same day we called. Jake was awesome, very nice, did work very well and quick, told us straight up what options we had. Cleaned up after work was done. This was our first time using Ben Franklin and we were happy and will use them again.

I am beyond grateful for Brad and the service he provided. After dealing with ongoing issues and being without hot water, Brad came out the same day and fixed my tankless hot water heater, and the relief I felt was immediate.

He was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Brad took the time to explain what was going on, didn’t rush the job, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. You can truly tell he cares about his work and the people he’s helping.

Having hot water restored made a huge difference for my household. I can’t thank Brad enough and would highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable, honest plumbing service.

Unbeatable! No one can match this plumbing company. We called Monday morning and had someone out to the house by 0800. Chandler was the first plumber out and then he called in reinforcements Will Wagner and Ethan. They gave us a quote within 10 minutes and started work shortly after. They weee at our house from 8 am-10 pm and then came back to finish today and we’re her from 8:00-3:30. They met every challenge from snake skins, rats, spiders, hidden water lines and many many other things. They were upfront and honest about everything and gave me regular check-ins. They literally are the best. They also found a pest control guy within a half hour and had them out servicing our place. They are literally the best plumbers I have worked, besides my dad.

Eddie did a great job!! He was really really professional and personable; he was awesome to talk to.

Brad was very prompt and delivered very approachable, friendly, quality service. I’m glad I had him look at my water heater while he was here to service my RO system. He showed me that it was time to do some service on the tank and we replaced the “sacrificial rod” that was very very degraded.

Wow!!! We've just moved in to our new house, and although the inspection report stated the appliances were in working condition, they certainly weren't up to our standards. The water 💧 in our "tankless" heater is supposed to be instant, but was actually tepid at best. Water from the outside hose would have been warmer. Ha!! Having just moved to the area, we weren't familiar with the contractors so 🤷 wth!!!, I called the number that was plastered to the darn thing and hoped for the best....Nah, I actually googled them too and they had a 4.8 rating, so I was kinda expecting the best as well, and they didn't disappoint! They set you up with a plumber and introduce you to them with a small bio, with a picture of them attached, so you know who's showing up. By the time he got to my house I already felt like I knew him and was expecting him to be bringing the prime rib steaks he said he liked in his bio with him, to throw on the bbq, mmmm. Lol-- They didn't just send over a plumber, they sent over a friend. Brad was very respectful, offering to put on shoe covers immediately. He is also very knowledgeable with the systems and appliances and was able to talk me through all the aspects of my water heater and the water softener in an easy way that I could totally understand and follow. Being here in the 🏜 desert, you know how hard the water is and a water softener and conditioner is a must have. It helps protect all of your appliances throughout your whole house from lime scale and contaminates and makes our skin and hair luxurious, and who doesn't want that. Anywho, we also wanted a water purifier under the kitchen sink to give us easy access to fresh water. Currently we're lugging 5 gallon jugs around. We go through about 5 of these in just under 2 weeks and your girl here is not trained in crossfit, so it's a chore to haul these inside every couple of days just to have fresh water. Well no worries now, because the company does it all, and Brad set us up with the whole system so we have fresh, clean and softened water to use throughout our house and sparkling ✨️ clear and purified drinking water right from the new tap that he installed on our sink, and as a bonus he was able to connect our fridge too so we can have that super clear ice that actually tastes good and doesn't stink. Woo hoo!! A score...who doesn't like fresh, clean ice in their Arnold Palmers?!? Really I called them for the water heater, expecting to have to call another about the softener and then maybe someone else for the purifier, but Brad handled it all, fixing the minor issue with the hot water and walking me through the higher valued systems that I was intending to purchase anyway. And for a decent price per month...under a $100, I have fresh, clean, hot water. Call this company, they'll send you a plumber and you'll gain a friend...and who doesn't need to have a personal plumber in their back pocket anyway. 😉

Do not recommend. They don’t explain things thoroughly and they are very expensive. I just received this service on February 10th & February 11th for a shower valve replacement and a sink valve replacement. We were charged $2,501.

After talking with the technician Brad, he explained the replacements would be taken care of same day so we payed him right away. Another technician, Duncan, came over on Tuesday around 1pm and after working for a while he said grabbed the wrong part and left for about 20 mins. Later around 4:30 he informed us that the shower valve had a crack in it and he’s never seen that before and could not go out again and get a replacement until the following day. We were very disappointed considering we only have one shower.

Another thing to note is that both technicians did not specify that the huge hole they made in the wall to get to the shower valve will not be repaired (even though they stated that they informed us on their notes). Brad only said it was a possibility it didn’t need to be cut open and Duncan said he had to & we assumed it would be taken care of. If we knew that it wasn’t going to be repaired, we would’ve went with another plumbing company because now we have to get another person to fix it up.

Lastly, our technician Duncan, made a mess everywhere. Our kitchen was wet on the bottom with water, our bathroom shower was melted and dirty, our door was left wide open, our plants were kicked, and the floor was a mess.

Overall, I do not recommend this company and only wish I asked the breakdown of everything and what was going to happen to the wall.

These guys were amazing. Fantastic character, hard workers, and very knowledgeable. Clean work. Couldn’t ask for a better experience on an investment such as this one. Initially this was for routine water heater maintenance, I asked about waster softeners and filters, and decided I wanted one too. They even did THAT the same day as well.

Will and his entire team did a fantastic job repiping our entire house in just two days! We had a hot water leak under our slab that needed immediate attention and Benjamin Franklin was able to come out next day to remedy the issue. The entire team was great to work with, very professional, friendly and efficient. Justin, Tristan and Ethan added to the wonderful team dynamic. Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs we have.

Brad was great! He came out and provided a quick estimate and completed my valve replacement on the same day! He was very informative and made sure I understood all the work that was completed and gave me some tips on things to ask for when I have my next washing machine installed. Brad was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Cisco did the installation on a tankless water heater after my 8 year old conventional gas water heater failed and leaked today. Cisco was very precise in everything he did during the install. He took time to explain what was being done and why. He was very professional from the time he rang my door bell until everything was complete and cleaned up. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Cisco for any of your plumbing needs. I received same day service from calling at 8 AM and was up and running by late afternoon. Great product great service and a professional installer in Cisco all at a fair price. Thank you

Justin and his apprentice worked quickly and did a fine job. They were courteous and cleaned things up well. It was great having everything completed in one afternoon, especially since the tank we replaced was corroded and we had no hot water. Went with a more modern tankless system this time around. AZ is tough on tanks. Thanks

Pricing was about $600 per hour. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was called about a blockage in the drain line from the washing machine. The plumber used a camera to locate the blockage, so he was aware in advance where it was located, which was in the wall behind the washer. He then called to say he was unlikely to clear the blockage through the pipe itself and would have to open the wall behind the washer. He provided a quote of over $1,800 to clear the blockage. The plumber said he had eight years of plumbing experience – so he should have known how much work was involved. The invoice was $1,803 for about three hours of time including the travel time.
The charges on the final invoice show three-line items as follows: (See photo)
• $296 disconnect & reinstall washer & dryer (only pulled back from wall about 18”)
• $296 cut access hole (to cut opening in the drywall about 18” by 24”)
• $1,211 drain repair

A few days later I called to speak about the charges with management, however I could only leave a message with the phone representative. A few days after that I received a call from the Vice President of Operations, and I asked if he would review the charges. He said he would and then he would call me back. He never did call back, so I subsequently sent a letter to the person who is listed as a qualifying party on the Registrar of Contractors website for Benjamin Franklin, and as a statutory agent on the Corporation Commission website, asking him to review the charges. He never contacted me back either.

In summary, the charges amounted to about $600 per hour and then no contact from company.

I needed to replace my waterline to the house. Jesus was the plumber that came over and did the labor. He was very professional. This man deserves a raise. I would recommend Ben Franklin plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Cisco did a great job. He was very friendly and efficient.
He cleaned everything up and disposed of the old unit along with all of the trash.
Brad was also very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options to me and to my daughter.
I appreciate the quick response, the no.pressure sell and the speedy job.

We just had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing install a BritaPro CitySoft whole home filtration system along with an under-the-sink reverse osmosis system at our home in Avondale, Arizona, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
