UPDATE: I wish I could write two reviews for the same company in the same day (can’t, Google won’t let me). I feel compelled to mention how great a job Duncan did with the install of the new water heater! Everything has been upgraded and he walked me through everything from the install and even safety checks! Outstanding job!

Jack was amazing very knowledgeable I loved the whole process from booking the appointment. The company sent you a picture of your technician and a little bit about him. Quick response and knowledgable assessment of the situation. Brad was very professional. Service was excellent and commitment through the entire process was outstanding. The price seemed a bit high but the company was willing to work with us.

My husband recently passed away, and then my water heater went out -clearly a headache that was even harder for me to handle due to the circumstances - I called Ben Franklin plumbing because their number was on the install tag from the original build 7 years ago. I just needed hot water, and they were kind, not pushy. Clear and honest, but not salesy - offered their optional services, but didn't pry or pursue when I said 'not at this time'. Jack initiated the service, and Cisco took care of the actual replacement - both were kind and helpful. The job was completed quickly, and before the day was done, I was able to use my hot water once more. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need!

Tristan did an exceptional job repairing a large outside pipe leak. He quickly diagnosed the issue and worked for over 10 hours to repair it. He is a great communicator and a very hard worker. I highly recommend Tristan and will absolutely request him for any future plumbing needs.

Duncan was great! He was very informative of the work that needed to be done and his post service recommendations addressed long term concerns that i’ve had with my plumbing. i’d highly recommend him and will request him specifically for the follow up work.

We had to have our poly B pipes water replaced. Jack and his team showed up on time and prepared to do the job. They worked efficiently and kept a very tidy job site which is the sign of professionalism. Jack is very knowledgeable and personable, ensuring we knew what was happening throughout the entire process. He even installed our new toilet at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ben Franklin Plumbing should I need the services of a plumber in the future.

Jesus (Chuy) and Jack did an amazing job with us! We had a slow leak and they were able to reroute our piping to avoid further damage to the house. Very pleasant, responsive and punctual especially in a crunch time before we left town for the holidays. Very grateful for the peace of mind. Work was done within a few hours. Scott did a great job of fixing the leak of our main line and looks like nothing has happened after the repair. He installed a brand new whole house water filter system, replaced the irrigation line from PVC to copper and flushed our over due water heater. We are very satisfied with Scotts’s work and we will always go with Benjamin Franklin for all our plumbing needs!

Eddie saved us! We had a mishap with a copper fitting when installing a new water line for a faucet and it left us without water for a day. He came out and repaired everything within 90 minutes or so. We had a quote the night before that was a more complicated repair, cost about a third more, and they wasn't able to fix anything till the next day. Eddie came out, looked at everything and came up with a best and worst case scenario repair and did the work right then and there. Thank you for your help and rescuing our family. We have a medically fragile special needs kiddo, so a timely repair was very much appreciated. We highly recommend Eddie and Benjamin Franklin.

Chandler did a superb job. He showed up at the time indicated and went right to work. He was very familiar with the garbage disposal that I had purchased. He completed the work efficiently and in the time allotted for completion. I would highly recommend Chandler and Ben Franklin plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Brad from Benjamin Frankin Plumbing arrived right on time, with a call-ahead an hour in advance. Brad was courteous and knowledgeable. He helped us evaluate a water leak with our water softener system. We will definitely use this company again for future needs and request Brad if he is available.

I recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Phoenix replace four hose bibs around my home, and Chandler did an excellent job on that work. Later, when I discovered a leaking vacuum pressure breaker, I called them back. Unfortunately, the initial repair by a different plumber didn’t meet expectations.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again to have it addressed, and they were very responsive. They promptly sent Jesus (Chuy), who quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it the right way. He replaced everything with brand-new parts and even made some additional improvements to ensure it was done properly.

Because of their responsiveness and especially Jesus’s exceptional workmanship, I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Brad arrived on time after calling ahead with his anticipated time. He quickly assessed our annual pre-paid water heater maintenance and fully performed the effort safely (I was a plumber's helper, so I have an understanding). He communicated with us throughout his stay and afterwards completed by fully checking water pressures and what we could expect. Brad continues the excellent support from BF Plumbing Scottsdale that we have experienced since buying the water heater from them 7 years ago. Bravo Zulu Brad!
