Ferguson's fire homie, dont know what you need??? Service pros will hook you up!!! Have a retarted question. They will even answer it without that pretentious attitude you get everywhere else. Always a pleasure.

Frustrating. The sold me a regulator that with extremely fragile o-rings as seals, rather than the usual flat washers. Wouldn't exchange it for another brand. You know, due to the o-rings being torn. The experience there has generally been good, but this matter changed my mind. I will avoid them when I can.

Ferguson's may have a nice showroom but they ordered the wrong toilet
and its was installed and hadn't been used since it was in a guest bathroom and they would not stand behind their mistake. I have proof and they still
would not help until I got further proof from Kohler direct. Check every thing you buy and make sure your plumber or contractor does the same. I was not living in house when all this took place. I would always stand behind a mistake but they obviously don't. Now I have to purchase a new one. Unacceptable.

Great selection of supplies that other stores don't have. Especially when it comes to specialized sizes and fittings. Very knowledgeable staff as well. Pricey, but still cheaper than calling a plumber.

So i went to Ferguson's to get a replacement shower door wheel. They only have replacement parts for their brands, and only the new models. OK, understandable, although I always though Ferguson's was THE place for anything plumbing. Anyway, the issue is the knowledge level of the staff - I asked if they knew where I might find such a standard part. They sent me to some shower specialty 45 min away. They didn't have it either (same story - only parts for their models). Feeling at a loss, I tried googling it (not expecting to find this specific part). #1 on the list was ACE Hardware - part number and everything, and it's in stock. So I went and got it - perfect replacement part. I just wish Ferguson's had suggested Ace.

I had a problem trying to find replacement shower trim for what I learned was a shower valve no longer being made. Tom helped outfit me with replacement hardware and valve. Could not have received better service. 5 Stars and well deserved!!!

Asked for information on item on a new build. I was shown a few models. When I asked about a different style I was told he didn't have time to search for me. Needless to say I won't be getting any items for residential build from kitchen to bathrooms to lighting from Ferguson. They don't have time.
