This is an excellent family business. They were attentive to our needs, efficient, and their work was flawless. I appreciated the time they took to answer all of our questions and to ensure we had the right system installed. Adam and Andrew, who were the installers, were friendly and worked skillfully to complete our install in one day. It is refreshing to find such a well run and customer focused business. I could not be happier!!

We had our gas water heater's ignitor go out on us. I called one place and they said it would cost $16,000 to replace it. I told them I did not want to replace it, I wanted to fix the one we had. Well, they wouldn't even look at it. So I went online to see if they still had the parts to fix it. Found the ignitor for $40, got it in a couple of days and it fired right up. Got it working just in time to have some people over for the weekend. In the mean time, I called Tankless Pros to see what they could do. They were very nice, professional and willing to put up with all my questions. Quoted us WAY less for the exact same water heater the other place had. Our water heater was about 17 years old so I knew we didn't have much left with it. Decided to have it replaced and Tankless was out the following week. Great job by everyone. Glad we decided to call you guys!

For an amazing experience, from the very first call. Victoria was my first point of contact. She was very professional, personable, and willing to do anything to help the customer. I had some special considerations when installing my Hybrid water heater. So, Victoria promptly got the owner of the company, Sid to come out in person to discuss my options. He came out early on a Saturday morning, and quickly resolved the issues, without a $2,500 bill for the extra condensation line that was needed. Which is what I was quoted from Goettel. I was quoted and charged only $650. to run the line needed. I knew this was the company that I wanted to do business with. The total job cost was $2,700+, less than their competitor.
They showed up to do the job, on time, with quality equipment. I Love my Bradford White hybrid unit.
The install was very professional, once again the owner came by to make sure everything was as expected. The installers, Matt, and Adam, were a pure joy to work with. They took time to answer ALL my questions, showed me every step of the way, what they were doing. They demonstrated all the functions of unit. And explained the cool features.
They cleaned up every thing, not a sign of anything left behind.
This was the BEST purchase, and install I have seen from a contractor, in a very longtime.
Professional, knowledgeable, and TRULY, CARES, about the customer.
They were even able to assist with financing, for this unexpected expense.

In early 2020, I had a Navien tankless heater installed in my home by another vendor, not Tankless Pros. The installation is beautiful and professional-looking. But we have never experienced the joy of instant hot water like we were promised. On a chilly morning, it takes about 3.5 minutes for hot water to reach my wife's bathroom, and a little over four minutes to reach my bathroom. We had the installer return after a few days for a look-see, but he insisted everything was fine. We have gotten used to waiting for our hot water and pouring cold water down the drain in the process. Also, our house has conditioned water, so mineral hardness is very low. I also service the Navien heater annually. I keep the system spotless.

It's now early 2026 and our Navien heater has sprung a significant leak. I called the vendor from whom I purchased the Navien system, but after I sent photos of the problem as requested, I didn't hear back. Then I reached out to Tankless Pros on Saturday afternoon via E-mail contact...and Victoria called me back right away. WHAT? OK, now I'm becoming impressed!

Andrew and another fellow (Mitch?) showed up Monday morning and they found two problems with my Navien system. First, the exchanger is corroded and leaking. That shouldn't have happened. Second, the gents noticed that the check valve is improperly installed, which explains why the recirc system isn't working and why we're waiting so long for hot water. I do not know if the improperly installed check valve contributed to the premature failure of the exchanger, but this situation indicates improper installation of the system in 2020.

Andrew reached out to Navien, and Navien agreed to replace the exchanger without charge. That's good news. An exchanger runs about $700. However, I still shelled out a few bucks for diagnostics, and then there will be labor to replace the exchanger and properly install the check valve. I DO NOT fault Tankless Pros here... far from it. These gentlemen certainly seem to know what they're doing, so I do not begrudge them their due wages.

The exchanger will arrive in a few days, then the Tankless Pros blokes will return to finish the repair. I'm looking forward to the leak stopping, and we're jonesin' for instant hot water once the repairs are completed. I will post an update after the repairs are completed.

UPDATE: The estimate from Tankless Pros to repair the Navien heater is beyond my budget, even with the "warranty" on the exchanger. It's going to cost more to repair the heater than it is worth. Since the unit is still heating water, I will keep a drip pan under the leak. When the heater fails completely, we will go back to a tank heater. This Navien tankless experience was way too expensive and disappointing.

Tankless Pros were a pleasure to work with. They made sure we installed a correct size unit, other plumbing companies tried to sell me units that were to big for our casita, for a LOT more money The workmanship was professional and timely. The installer checked and rechecked everything to make sure there were no leaks and evening was functional. I will definitely recumbent these folks to others.

Honest family run company with good people. You’ll understand once you talk to Victoria and Andrew. They had my complete trust immediately. The tankless water system can be installed by any company, but you better make sure that they understand about proper venting. Otherwise you may void your warranty. This company understands and is certified to install the Navien tankless heaters.

OK look no further than Tankless Water Pros. I posted an inquiry on line on a Sunday and within the hour the wonderful Victoria called me to see what I needed. My 75 gallon water heater was leaking and we talked tankless. I was convinced by their experience and pricing that it was the way to go. Even though they were fully committed for the week Victoria worked some magic and got us on the books for the coming Wednesday. Technicians Adam and Matthew (her brother) showed up on schedule. Unfortunately due to the placement of my water heater etc. they explained that vent lines could not properly be run. So tankless unfortunately was out. They replaced my 75 gallon water heater at a price 1200 less than I was quoted by another company. I was impressed that it is TRULY a family run company. Prices were more than competitive and service was exceptional!! Two other companies didn’t even respond to my request for a quote. I cannot recommend Tankless Water Pros enough. Stop looking use them. You will NOT BE SORRY!!

Sid sold me and Andrew delivered. These guys have a great business model: educate, provide options, and VALUE. Sid performed a feat no other plumber would even try. Andrew installed the tankless and it was a custom job with zero corners cut. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a tankless. My new Navien is a pleasure to have and delivers on all of Sid's promises. Great company!

Adam and Matt did an outstanding installation of our Tankless water heater. They both took the time to share their wealth of knowledge about tankless water heaters. We skelected a Navien tankless water heater which was the best product for AZ hard water. We also had them to install the scalling system to keep our pipes clean on all of the lime build-up which caused our tank water heater to die. We received a buy out from our Furst American home warranty and energy tax rebate of $600.00. Tankless Pro's are a family operation from Victoria answering phones to Andrew the sales Representative all had a extensive knowledge which help to a swer all of our questions. Spoke to them on Thursday on the phone Andrew came out on Friday to give me a quote and Adam & Matt were their on Saturday Morning to do the removel and installation with gave os the white glove treatment.

My tankless water heater stopped working the day before thanksgiving, I called a different company. The technician came and told me that I needed a new unit and that my warranty wasn’t valid, as the unit was improperly installed. This unit is less than 5 years old.
So went online and reached out to tankless pros, to get a second opinion.
Victoria from the office, text me immediately and asked if I could talk. We spoke about the issues and she sent their technician Mike over in a matter of hours.
He came and immediately said that this should be covered under warranty, when he checked the warranty, the company stated that the previous company had not even called to verify the warranty.
So they order the part, under warranty, and the very next morning after the part arrived, they came and installed it.
I was extremely happy with my experience with tankless pros, small family owned and operated company, honest, competitive pricing, great communication.
