I recently contacted tankless pros and was glad I did. This is a family run business that provides outstanding customer service. The initial consultation regarding the various tankless water heaters was very informative and helped me decide on a model. The day before installation, I requested a change to a different model and they were able to accommodate my request without any issues. Matthew arrived early the next day and was extremely informative and professional with the whole process. He removed the old water heater and installed the tankless navien model. He tested it and gave detailed instructions on the product and how to effectively operate it. Highly recommend this company for your tankless water needs.

Installed a tankless water heater with this company. From the initial consultation and quote with Victoria to the installation with Andrew and Mitch, I was super pleased with their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. I also had a chance to talk to the owner Sid who was super friendly. Their quote was also very reasonable compared to others. I would absolutely do business with this company again. I wish every company had the same values and professionalism as they do. They set a high bar for other small businesses to operate.

Absolutely loved working with these guys. did some up front research and found them in the top two listings. No prior experience with them either. Victoria was very polite and professional, getting information on my water heater need, scope of work, and then scheduled for next morning. I had a confirmed price in hand for the next morning. I received a txt from our technican, Adam prior to his arrival. He was a consummate pro, timely and informative about the work to be done. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and the job was well done and to my expectations. I'd highly recommend these guys for your water heater needs!

They came, they saw and they conquered. The quote at the start of the job was the price at the finish and they finished even when faced with the issues with the the gas line location and the tight attic spaces. It was a pain to install and then pulled off a clean job and a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for your tankless install they had the best pricing and very friendly service and the perseverance to get the job done right.

i cant say enough good things about this Company ! From the time I scheduled the appointment and discussed prices until the installation was finished. It was just an easy, pleasant experience! I love that all this company does is water heaters. I could tell the service guy, I think his name was Andrew, knew, 1000 times more about water heaters than anyone else has who has been to our house! After installation, he gave me a lot of instructions that I've never heard before in prior installations that will help to protect our water heater to work longer! Tankless Pros is the correct name for this company. We replaced a 73 gallon water heater with a new Navien tankless. We’ve enjoyed the Navien previously and made the decision to replace the water heater. We chose Tankless Pros because of their quality, professionalism and responsiveness. I received 3 other quotes and Tankless Pros came out on top. They promised to deliver and they did just that. Their pro Andrew arrived on time and did an amazing installation. When he finished, he took the time to walk me through the installation and the tankless water heater. Andrew was meticulous and made sure everything was done exceptionally. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Don’t go anywhere else. Give them a call.

Simply put, we had a wonderful experience with Tankless Pros. They emphasize the family-owned characteristic with a grass-roots installment and customer service. We initially called to educate ourselves on a tankless system since our tank went out Dec. 30. Victoria was a fountain of information (tax credits) and is as good-natured as they come. We were extremely satisfied with the quoted price and was greatly surprised to hear they would show up the next day to install the system. Special shout-out to Andrew, who ran into some unexpected problems. He not only solved the problems but showed a much appreciated attention to detail. Also, props to Mitchell, who was called in late on New Year’s Eve to help Andrew solve yet another issue before they had to tackle another job. Can’t say enough about this business, but they are now in my contacts for good.

Home Depot suggested Ferguson for a Moen cartridge for the shower. Time was short. I arrived 2 minutes before closing. Salesman showed me three possible choices and suggested the most commonly purchased one. He was correct! Of course when I returned home, the cartridge puller from Moen broke the cartridge. After an hour of chiseling out the old one carefully, the one from Ferguson slid right in! Kudos to Ferguson. Me, a customer at closing gets the same great service as a large contractor. Clean store, great service, thank you.
