Initial visit : $120 to try and unclog sink. Unsuccessful as the problem now needs a $180 camera to really see what the problem is. Then I have to pay for that unknown service.
It’s been 4 days and nobody has called or showed up with a camera. $300 and I have no kitchen heading into the weekend. I should have called someone else.

Lawrence came out and inspected my fire head sprinklers and did a fantastic job. He was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions! Would highly recommend!

Raul was such a great help I had pluming problems one Saturday morning both bathrooms flooded toilets would not flush! I started searching some companies and they came up called them up and send help with in 3hr he had showed up talked to us and fixed the problem I would totally recommend them they were awesome!

Raul saved the day., I called to get a second opinion since my mothers bathroom seemed to have water damage and I needed to know if there was a water leak. He did a thorough inspection. thankfully there wasn't a water leak.. the first plumbing company I called told me there was a water leak and he didn't know where it was coming from and I needed to have someone come and remove the flooring. So I called pro force plumbing since I didn't feel comfortable with the info provided plus its always good to get a section opinion.

The issue was the shower that was installed prior to us buying the home wasn't installed correctly so water would seep out.. we will be replacing the shower here very soon.

I called PROFORCE on Saturday morning about a clogged drain. Mary Ellen was incredibly responsive. Her technician, Anthony, called me within 10 minutes of my call and was at my house within 90 minutes. He unclogged the drain and identified the problem causing the clog. Anthony was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend PROFORCE and Anthony...quality people, quality work.

Lawrence came out on short notice to fix our washer. He was very punctual, kind, and efficient! I cannot say enough good things about him!
My family and I will be using this company for our future needs.

Jorge (George) was great to work with, right from the start. Polite, professional, easy going, and eager to please. You can't really ask for anything more. He and Luis (also friendly and conscientious) came out to the house today to deal with a leaking fire sprinkler pipe and damage to a bedroom closet ceiling. They did a great job fixing things and really took the time to explain everything.

With COVID being a concern, they made me feel better, wearing masks at all times and shoe covers in the house. They made a "controlled" mess in their work area but cleaned it up thoroughly, as promised.

Scheduling was easy and prompt and I didn't have to wait too long to get them out here.

I'd recommend the service to anyone in the area.

These Gents did a fantastic job flushing out my lines. Then they showed my clean lines with the camera. They got these pipes 100% in perfect condition.

The younger guy at the desk is really helpful, always a positive attitude, friendly and truly helpful. Conversely, the older guy with short brown/grey hair is always rude to customers. I've witnessed this many times he and always seems more than happy to manufacture any opportunity he can create to be rude to people, often while being insulting and rude to others, trying to talk down to them.

While I don't expect you to carry every single part or every single piece that may be needed for every plumbing fitting, I would certainly expect that the people who work there have a positive attitude about trying to help, versus one who truly enjoys the chance to be short or rude. As an owner, I'd strongly recommend that you get rid of the older guy, who's hurting your business and promote the younger guy, who's actually beneficial to your business. The older guy is very incompetent in plumbing as well. While ignorance happens to all of us, he chooses to try very hard to embarrass customers, all while disguising his own incompetency and ignorance. Do your business a big favor and fire him.

Mike and Richard get it done, the two men that run that store are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in any situation that arises. The dedication to their job and willingness to help others is what makes me drive across town just to pick up parts specifically from them at this particular location. The extra mile is overshot by hundreds when it comes to customer service and they never expect anything in return. BRAVO GENTLEMEN!!!!

Im a plumber and they always have everything I need. They don't carry the big size pipe but they have up to 2in pvc, 2in copper and 4in abs. Employees know their stuff too!
Anytime I'm in Scottsdale this is the place I go!
