Couldn’t ask more from an AC company on a Saturday with a temp of 114 degrees. Picked up my mother in Sun City for lunch and noticed every fan in her home on. Checked her thermostat and it read 98 degrees inside her home! I immediately called Bell AC, LLC who was able to coordinate one of their techs to come out SAMEDAY. Needless to say, Dion arrived in less than an hour to save the day. Many thanks to the Bell AC team! And Dion, thank you for keeping my senior mother safe and cool for a good night rest :)

Let me start with Hunter & Coby was very professional, arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got to work right away. Once he finished installation assessing my hvac unit and also full testing HVAC functional with make sure everything pass working. Very nice service.
I think this speaks volumes to his and Bell Air's integrity.

Called on Monday afternoon and they were able to come out next morning. Justin was right on time, asked a few questions and got right to work. Within an hour I was back in business. Will definitely use Bell in the future!

I am very happy with the complete procedure from initially calling Bell for an estimate to the installation of the new unit. Spoke with James Dunkins initially and he answered every question I asked him professionally and accurately. And I am a detail person that did my research prior to meeting and talking to James. The installation was as per schedule and the workmanship was neat and professional. Needless to say--I am very happy that I chose Bell AC.

Justin checked all the components on my furnace and A C. He was very thorough and explained what he found and all was good. I had another company come 2 years ago and they found $600.00 dollars of repairs needed. He was trying to rip off and I sent down the road. I appreciate your company and Justin for being honest.

I had an issue with my central air conditioning unit. My home warranty company had me wait 7 hours on an emergency call and not only did no one show up, that warranty company never called me back!!
One call to Bell A/C company and within an hour or so the technician was here!!!!
McKenna was the receptionist I spoke to and you could not ask for a more kind, understanding, sweet person! She was also highly efficient in getting a technician to me ASAP!
Justin was my technician, friendly, kind,pleasant, understanding and highly skilled professional! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 40 minutes!!
I also briefly spoke with Tanya after the service and she was wonderfully pleasant!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELL A/C COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER CALL MY WARRANTY COMPANY AGAIN EXCEPT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!

I just moved to Sun City Festival and needed maintenance and filters changed for my HVAC system and my neighbors recommended Bell AC. Brent came out today and took care of all that was required. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I will definitely have them out again for any system need!

Approximately 2:10 pm getting on to 303 south from the Grand exit. I witnessed a pick up style work truck, with Bell Air Conditioning, LLC written on the side. Speed up, swerve, give a light brake check to a maroon car just before the highway. Once on the highway the maroon car was able to pass you, you then tailgated him/her maybe a foot or two from the cars rear bumper, easily at 80 + MPH. Sir/ma'am, that car did nothing wrong to you. Why you drove in that manner is beyond anyone else but you. Sir/ma'am please keep in mind when you are driving a work truck with the companies name on the side you are not representing you. You are representing the hard earned name on the side that someone worked hard to get. Please keep that in mind and leave the road rage at home. This company has fantastic reviews for their service and quality work. I wanted to call the company but was afraid of any type of retaliation. Just so happens, I give honest reviews and share them with others.

My friend had suggested that I choose Bell Air Conditioning for my HVAC installation. Great advice! Hunter and Coby worked very hard and efficiently on this project. They tested everything before they left and gave me a quick demo. They are very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Bell Air Conditioning to others!

We recently closed on a house that had HVAC equipment installed by Bell Air Conditioning a few years ago. The office provided huge assistance on how to transfer the equipment warranty and easily accommodated us with a service call. Brent showed up on time and walked us through how to operate it and how we need to properly maintain everything to extend product life. He answered every question thoroughly. We could not have been more pleased with all of the service--from the front office to the technician. We were happy to purchase a maintenance contract.

Once he finished assessing our hvac unit he notified me that there were a couple of issues that he found. He also told me that they did not need to be corrected right away but the unit would not be running optimally.

After I approved the needed corrections he let me know that one of the items he mentioned was actually good and only needed to replace one item.

Josh Kunkes was great. Very personable and laughed at my corny jokes and stories. Thanks. Your pricing was better than any A/C company I have used before.

This company & staff were great to deal with , guide me thru this process & answer any questions. Less than 5 hrs from start to finish.

James exceeding my expectations! He answered all questions without making me feel he was talking down to me. A much better experience than last year’s maintenance tech. I will definitely recommend him.

Chris was a very professional tech and obviously knew what he was doing. We have 2 little ones and he showed no annoyance at all the crying. (Though I would not have faulted him if he did)

We also had an issue with the part that arrived from factory and he replaced it no problem though he had to do twice the work at no fault of his own.

The women manning the phone line were also extremely nice and respectful though I cannot for the life of me remember their names right now.

Very timely, professional, and thorough. Scheduling is consumer friendly. Charge is reasonable. Wesley took time to explain the service maintenance work performed today and future options and agreements to (hopefully) keep my HVAC units working as intended. I'm satisfied today and will definitely use Bell in the future. 🇺🇲👍

This is my first call to Bell AC. Both air and heat were not working & it was 90 today! Dion was was sent out to save the day ...and he did ! Dion is a very nice , pleasant & knowledge guy! I have had a bad experience in the past! 20 days without air and temps @110 to 120. I think I have found a new & good AC company!

We had a replacement of our HVAC and were amazed at the quality of services guys doing the replacement. They were both amazing. Fast, knowledgeable, neat and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Bell HVAC for any air conditioning needs. Amazing. You just do t find this level of excellence these days.

J. J. Was very prompt and on time for service appointment. He got the job done in a very timely manner and was very courteous and polite. He gave me tips on keeping my unit running smoothly and did not pressure for unnecessary services or maintenance contract. I felt like I got a necessary service priced very reasonably.

Joey and his team did the installation of a mini split system in our RV garage. They were prompt arriving exactly when expected. The process went very smoothly. Joey was proactive, making sure he consulted me when decisions about how to run lines etc. They cleaned up nicely and did make sure to go over the operation of the units. I am highly satisfied with the whole install.
