Bell AC replaced one of two of my three ton units. I was very pleased with the price, but what really sold me was their service. Two men came yearly in the morning and left by late afternoon. Lightening fast response, did a great job and no mess left. Not a screw. For purchasing my new unit, Bell AC serviced my other unit at no charge. I will be recommending Bell AC from now on. Thanks Guy's!

I am never disappointed with Bell A/C. Today's technician, Jeremy, did a superb job ensuring that my A/C system is up to speed. I was so impressed, that I need to talk to the owner Dan Bell about giving Jeremy an extra day of paid vacation.... I rarely make such a suggestion.

Marcos was very professional and thorough. When finished with his inspection he gave a clear review about the system (we just moved here from California so we did not know anything about the status of the system).
Very pleased with Marcos and the service provided by Bel Air. We will be in touch for another check up in the spring before the temperatures start hitting triple digits.

I had my annual spring maintance/service check done today on my air-conditioner by Steve Trejo from Bell A/C. Steve seemed extremely knowledgeable in the world of A/C. Steve did an excellent job of explaining ever thing to me including his recommendations. I was happy with the fixes he completed. I would recommend Steve and Bell A/C to any one.

Ian Jeremy did a great job. Did a lot of work trying to run a new harness to my thermostat. That didn’t work out but installed my new thermostat. Gave me a good discount. Great company to work with.

Justin was totally honest he helped me out he was here promptly I mean for an air conditioning company in the when it's 100° out it's nice that somebody can be there within 2 hours I recommend them and him all the way

Our air conditioner quit working just days before we were having visitors coming for the weekend. We contacted a company that came out and gave us a quote and told us they would have to order parts to repair it. I shared my situation with friends while at the pool and someone recommended Bell. We contacted Bell and they had a tech come out the same day. Brent Duley was able to come out that same evening to diagnose. He was on time and had the part with him to fix it on the spot.

Jeremy was a very experienced technician and knew exactly what he was doing with the equipment he was working on. He explained what was needed and was a kind and honest man. We will be calling for him every time we need service.

We have been without AC for a week now with children and a baby in the home. We called them for repairs and were told we needed refrigerants but they did not check for any leaks or other possible concerns. 2 weeks later, we have no ac again. We’re told now it’s a leak or something else but they didn’t have the supplies to repair at that time and the serviceman complained about having to do the repair. That was a week ago now. They haven’t returned any calls for follow up or scheduling. When we try to call we’re put in hold for 30+ minutes. Would not recommend at all.

Marcos was professional , courteous and very informative! His service was beyond expectation. I just had maintenance done. He called prior to arrival to make sure it was ok to come early!

From my first call Bell Air Conditioning has been EXCELLENT!
Our 27 year old Trane A/C unit failed in early July at which time I asked 3 different friends for A/C company recommendations. All 3 recommended Bell A/C.
Technician Jeremy came out the same day, he diagnosed and repaired our unit for around $240. Jeremy advised us that the unit was a 27 year old Trane that was on its way out so to speak. He gave us a quote on a new unit but because we were l were leaving for the summer we chose to postpone replacement. While we were away it failed again. Jeremy met our caretaker and got it running again. When we arrived home it ran for a week then faltered on a Sunday. I called expecting to leave a voice mail message only to have a representative answer my call and send Jeremy out that day (SUNDAY). By the time he arrived the unit was running again.
We ordered our new unit and it was installed the next day. The installers were very professional and kind. They completed the job with precision and explained all aspects right down to helping my husband set up the WiFi operation on our smart phones.
As I said in my first sentence Bell Air Conditioning is EXCELLENT !
