I was very pleased with Desert Diamond from the initial contact. Their office person, Kaitlyn, was courteous and efficient and set up a service call for within 2 hours that fit into my schedule. The technician, Daniel Mendoza, contacted me to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived, he was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Daniel used pictures and took the time to explain the details of my system's problem and an estimate to fix it. He did a check for any additional problems and explained all my available options. Desert Diamond Air and the tech Arturo, AMAZING. We had been without air for 5 days and other companies were giving me off the rates. I prayed to God on if I should get another opinion and I'm glad I found this company. Cost was very reasonable and the work was done in less than an hr, the knowledge Arturo had on what was going on was astonishing. I highly recommend this company.

First off they got me in within a day. Then Paul was so great he walked me threw all that he saw and asked questions as well. Im greatfull for him and his company. Very happy with Champion and particularly Colbie who was the Tech who showed up to address my issue. He was very personable, great to talk to, wasn't pushy to get me to do something. People don't like to be "Sold", and Colbie answered all my questions and allowed me to "Buy" rather than be sold. Due to Colbie's way of doing things, I DECIDED to purchase a new unit rather than fix the old one and I've found a new company, replacing the one who has put 4 units on my two homes over the past 22 years. THAT Company has certainly changed since the new owners have taken over and they have lost a loyal customer for the past 20+ years. Thank you Precision and thank you Colbie.

We were pleased with the service provided. We thought our unit was not cooling correctly. We were informed that when the temperature is so high outside, the unit will hold at 75°. Our technician checked the A/C with a fine
tooth comb.

Larry Flores is a very knowledgeable and courteous technician. He gave me a couple ways to fix the air flow to a bedroom that was running hotter than other rooms. I can highly recommend.

I had Champion do a Tune Up on the AC system for a new home I recently purchased to ensure the system was running at optimal performance. Iven did an exceptional and thorough job with my AC maintenance. Iven explained everything he found to me in language I could understand and made a recommendation that I will have installed soon. We had our first maintenance visit today with service tech John C. who was professional and friendly. Also, he is very experienced and informative. We just became a ChampionCare Member and this visit solidifies we made a great choice.

Amazing company. After getting a half dozen estimates from A/C companies, we settled on Champion Air and we’re really glad we did. Hoss sized up the job, gave us a very competitive quote, got us on a the schedule and we had a beautiful new system within 48 hours. The techs who installed the system were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. After everything was installed, they sent a company to clean and sanitize the ducts. They too were amazingly efficient and courteous.

At the end of the day, Champions Air blows the competition away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC system.

I called Champion Air for annual tuneup. Tyler Snow was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very focused! He answered all my questions and didn't try to charge me for more work. I would definitely call him again if I need more work done on my AC.

Did great job, here on time, cleaned up afterwards. Careful around the house, no damage. I remember the gentleman that came in and set everything up Kris. The two workers introduced themselves when they arrived, but the next day, can't remember their names.

Larry and Iven were very professional and explained the results of their inspection. Communication with the office and the team was fantastic - confirmation the day before, an update (with photo) when they were on their way and a phone call giving me an ETA.
