Nixa came and did a diagnostic on my A/C while my wife was home. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in clear understanding, and her professionalism was on point. She didn’t push, she took her time asked and answered all questions and we couldn’t be happier. Nowadays having somebody with professionalism and also someone this knowledgeable is few and far between. Thanks 🙏

I am still waiting on the videos and photos that you said you would send me that service tech did at her house?

My mother-in-law had called the company to have her AC serviced. Antonio the tech asked her to borrow a hammer as he went in her attic where he also left the hammer and didn’t return it and then proceeded to tell her she would need to replace her coil for $3500- $4500 because she was losing refrigeration. Her unit is less than six years old. We called on a second opinion the service tech came out and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her unit. He found the hammer in the attic and returned it to her and charged her nothing. I have since reached out to Dakota from Desert diamond and of course he left me a long of excuses on what the service tech was doing, but they had no quote or information on it from him, why? I take it very personal when I feel like the elderly are and can be taken advantage by companies. I’m not understanding why one company can say she needs replacement of refrigerant and a coil leak when the seal wasn’t even broken? And then another company is saying there’s absolutely nothing wrong and doesn’t charge her anything. Maybe the worker was just trying to make money on the side and the company isn’t aware? I also feel like my mother In Law shouldn’t be charged the service fee Dakota said he wanted to get the information from the other AC company. I feel that’s not fair. I’m not gonna throw another company under the bus.
I will be reporting them to the BBB!

Desert Diamond is fantastic. I've been with them 6+ years. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, show pictures of what's wrong with my unit and what's good and take adequate time to make sure I understand needed repairs.
Dakota is very personable, thorough and informative. He's been with the company a couple of years and I pray he stays.

Daniel Mendoza is an excellent technician. He is very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented . He did an amazing job above & beyond his duty. Kudos and keep up the very good work!

Ossiel came out for heater tuneup and let me know everything was in good shape. Also he explained and provided me with information on duct cleaning and aeroseal services. He was very thorough and patient with all my questions and informative about services for today and possibly duct cleaning work.

We had Tyler come out today to give us a quote for a new update AC unit. He was absolutely amazing. We bought our home i
2020 and did not even realize that our house needed additional resturns and duct work due to the previous owners adding on additions. He came in did his inspection he was straight forward with everything that our house needed to help cool it down. He was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Even though I was just on the phone because I was at work. He toom the time to explain everything to me. Thank you Desert Diamond Air and Tyler. We are looking forward to having your company work on our new unit.

We were extremely pleased With Desert Diamond Air. Ossiel was the technician sent to our home. He was extremely personable,thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time when checking our equipment It never seemed to be in a rush to leave. We were able to get a technician out In a timely manner. 😊

Desert diamond has done good work for us over the years!

I was very happy with Desert Diamind Air. Phillip was our tech and several other companies had been out and didn't fix the issue. Phillip spent a lot of time diagnosing and ended up fixing the issue. Phillip was very courteous and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

Great job by Tim today servicing my two HVAC systems. Very knowledgeable and professional guy.

Our heat pump was putting out lukewarm heat. I called Desert Diamond Air as they were recommended by a friend. We had a technician out the next day...our old unit had a small refrigerant leak. Luis gave us a number of options from fixing it ($2500) with no guarantee that there may be more issues in the near future as it was already 10 years old to a new multi-level output "smart" unit with lots of bells and whistles ($14000+change). We opted for a middle option (new heat pump/compressor) with 10 year warranty with wifi compatible smart thermostat. Orlando did the installation 2 days later. Ossiel and David helped later in the afternoon. All employees were WONDERFUL. The unit is working great, and quickly and quietly adjusts the temperature as programmed and manually if needed.
We highly recommend this company.

We’ve been using Desert Diamond Air since we chose them to replace our old system 4 years ago, and we have not regretted that decision at all. The office personnel are always professional and courteous when I call, and the service technicians have all been first rate. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dakota, the service technician sent to service our system. He was awesome - a nice young man who was very thorough doing his job. He communicated everything he found as well as all the adjustments he found necessary to keep the system working at its optimum performance, knowing that the hot weather will be upon us soon. Thanks Dakota! Great job today! 😃

We are very pleased with Desert Diamond and our favorite technician Phillip Lopez, he is so knowledgeable, expresses the process so thoroughly and is very nice and respectful. We were having major problems with our AC unit and Desert Diamond, Joseph the service manager and Phillip completely fought on our behalf with the manufacturer and got us a whole new unit!!! I honestly don't know of many companies and it's employees that work together so strongly and advocate for their customers like this company, we are costumers for life and are so very very grateful!!! Thank you doesn't cut it but we THANK YOU all so much!!
