100% IMPRESSED! I had an air conditioning emergency and Emanuel came out same day!! There was access trouble but he was determined to SOLVE the problem and did not leave till the job was completed EVEN WITH the problem on my end. ER Heating and Air is the definition of PROFESSIONAL. 5 stars all around !!!

We had a previous company a few days prior who found one problem, fixed it and said, “You’re good.” Three days later, system is down again.

Emmanuel’s experience led him to believe there was more than just one problem. He was right! He fixed multiple little issues and is waiting for the part that will bring us back to 100%. However, in the meantime he was able to get creative and get us running in a limited but comfortable capacity while we wait for the part to arrive.

I highly recommend ER Heating & Air Conditioning. When one of my A/C units stopped working, I called a few companies, but Emanuel stood out by making time in his busy schedule to come right away, diagnose the issue, and fix it. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and the way he took the time to explain the problem and walk me through the process. It gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t being overcharged and the work was top-notch.

It is so nice to find contractors that do excellent work and are reliable and trustworthy. We recently had our air conditioning go out and submitted the claim with our home warranty. It took two weeks to get a contractor assigned that came out to the property and assessed the problem then submitted for approval with the warranty company. After that two weeks, they told the warranty company they were to busy to do the repairs. I was able to get an approval to hire my own contractor, and I was recommended Emmanuel Who had done work for my son-in-law who is very happy. I was able to reach him right away and Emmanuel came out the next day. He worked with me to give his opinion on the problem and work with the home warranty company to Get the problem fixed and submitted for reimbursement. The repairs are finished and our AC Is running better than it has since we moved in five years ago. Such a nice guy, so professional and efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend using him without a question.

Emmanuel is Amazing at his job, prices are so reasonable and he is very personable, which is hard to come by these days. He does exceptional work, knows his stuff and is extremely helpful. He was a wonderful help to us when we sold our house and needed our AC checked. If you’re looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning company….stop! This is your guy!!!

Emanuel is always terrific! We were very lucky to find him through a home warranty program and continue to use him outside of the home warranty program. He is through and never leaves until the problem is resolved. He is always honest about what we need for our units and trustworthy and his pricing is fair. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs their AC units serviced or replaced!

Emanuel is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC unit same day and stayed late to make sure it was functioning. I will be using ER Heating and Cooling for all my heating and cooling needs! Cannot recommend them enough.

Very good experience with this company! Had a different company come out and they told us we needed the coils cleaned and there's a potential leak. I'm glad I didn't hire them back bc we had Emanuel come out and assessed that this is not the case. Cleaned the coils for a fair price which the other guys wanted about $500 more for. Yes you read that right! We'll def be using Emmanuel in the future and recommending him!

Emanuel showed up on time for my period maintenance check, was very courteous and professional. He explained why my capacitor should be replaced on my six year old unit. Why the brand he installed was the best and most reliable, even though not the most expensive. All my questions were answered and all charges were up front and seemed reasonable. I can recommend him.

Emanuel helped get our AC back up and running within hours of texting him. His prices are fair and overall just a nice guy. Will definitely be referring business his way and calling him for any future needs.

When I say this man is AMAZING, I MEAN AMAZING!!! I'm a single mom of 2 going through a really hard time and our a/c went out. It's almost 100° in the house and he is zooming through checking this, doing that. He spent hours fixing it to get it up and running with a smile through the crazy heat and all!!!! He brought me to tears with how kind and honest-hearted he is. Don't hesitate to call for work!! Will be fair and honest with pricing!!!!!

I switched to E & R for my HVAC services after being referred to them by a friend and having used a larger provider for several years. There is simply no reason for me to call anyone else. Emmanuel is punctual, thorough and very fair.
I would recommend everyone stop paying large companies 3x the price and support your locally owned, smaller companies like E & R that do better work anyways.

Emanuel was a lifesaver! He was able to service our rental property within the hour. Very impressed that he diagnosed and replaced the broken A/C capacitor so quickly. He is trustworthy and very professional. Highly recommend and will be calling him in the future.

Emanuel arrived early, was friendly, professional, and efficient. I plan to schedule his maintenance service in the Spring and Fall annually and highly recommend him.

We had a leak in drain pipe on AC unit. I called at 4.30 on a Friday and the owner was here at 6 and replaced the PVC pipe. Price was reasonable and I had him come back Tuesday for a maintenance check. Again very knowledgeable and priced reasonably. I'm probably going to get a new HVAC this winter and ER is where I'll go. Service is king and this small business has it!!

Called Emanuel up at almost midnight. He was out to my house in about 15mins and had me up and running in maybe 30-45mins. Price was very fair, and my wife and I were very pleased. I would Highly recommend him.
