While I have always been happy being a customer of Desert Diamond Air...finding all the techs to be polite, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, however, other than seasonal check-ups until now there have been no tests of how much I could count on being taken care of if I needed help. Well, that certainly happened when the compressor in my air conditioner that another company had installed went out in this 100+ degree heat...and a replacement compressor could not be located in the whole Southwest region to fix the problem.

Joseph, when I talked to you and heard your determination to resolve the problem instead of the usual, "Oh, well, sorry, but what can I do..."attitudes I have experienced from businesses in the past, I had hoped...but I must admit with reservation based on how little people have really cared in the past. But on the second day I talked to you...I sensed you were different...especially when you explained what you were trying to accomplish...and what the effort to do so involved. The next call from you was to tell me that since they could not provide a compressor as my warranty warranted...I would be getting a new AC...the same upscale model...and it would installed at the same cost as the compressor would have been...and it would be installed the next day. While it is difficult to explain all the feelingsI felt at that moment...I was definitely relieved, pleasantly surprised, and very grateful...and immediately realized the effort you must have put in to accomplish that in our corporate world. When I told my son the news that night, his exact response was, "I'm glad someone finally did what they said they were going to do." Julio arrived right on time, he looked for anything that might not be quite right in addition to the standard full system evaluation. He saw a couple quick things to tweak, even showed me a function on my (new) thermostat control. He's so easy to talk to, and taught me a little more about our system. Julio is one more reason we've been consistently impressed with Desert Diamond!

Joe & his team are a bunch of professionals! Not only did he answer the first time I called he was the best price with the best timing around. I do roughly 2 remodels a month & each time the service is 100% top notch! Love it each time.
