So my a/c blower wasn't working and I Googled a/c repair and Grand Canyon was the closest to the house. All their reviews were high, so I called. Rachel(?) was very nice on the phone and was able to dispatch Todd almost immediately. Todd showed up promptly and within a short time he diagnosed the problem. The only downside was that they didn't have the part in stock(not their fault). They ordered the part and within 36 hours we were fully cooled. Highly recommend. Very professional and they kept in constant communication while I was waiting.

The company was very professional, scheduled service, showed up on time and provided requested service. Kyle was very professional and thorough! Asked questions to ascertain the problem, confirmed the cause and provided options and costs for resolution. We were stepped through the options with the choice ours to make with no up selling done. After our selected option Kyle completed the service quickly and proficiently. Will definitely use company again and would not hesitate to ask for Kyle to be the technician.

Shane was amazing. He checked everything out after hearing our concerns and even checked out something that was not listed as part of our request for service! Rachel was so very helpful and friendly on the phone. We will always use Grand Canyon Home Services!

Brandon was great. Very polite and knowledgeable. He was understanding of my situation and made me feel very comfortable.

From the first call, our appointment, and after appointment follow up the service was top notch. We received great service from both Rachel and our technician Tommy. He was punctual, clean, courteous, and fixed our fireplace efficiently. We will definitely use Grand Canyon Home Service again, and will recommend them to others.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Grand Canyon Home Service. Crystal was an absolute gem. She really emphasized that personal, local company feel which is rare among AC companies. Making an appointment was quick and easy and the price was unbeatable. Todd came by to complete the inspection our property managers required and he was clean, quick, and precise. He answered all of our questions and outlined the details of his work. At completion, we were emailed our invoice which was extremely convenient for us to forward to the property managers as well as save neatly for our records. Mike did a great job of cleaning years of desert dirt & dust out of my condo air ducts. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. I have already recommended Grand Canyon Home Services to other condo owners and relatives.

Todd came to my rescue today. He is very friendly and easy to talk with. He had our ac unit running in a very fast and efficient timely manner. We have had this company come and fix our other unit back in 2019. We are truly happy with Todd and this company. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We also have maintenance done twice a year for summer and winter.👍👍👍

Very happy with our experience with Darren and Grand Canyon Home Service. Darren came out and evaluated our old gas fireplace to make sure it was still functioning properly. We didn't even know if it worked or not. He was very friendly, thorough and meticulous at checking out our homes issues. It now works great! We highly recommend his work ethics and desire to help home owners. Thank you Darren and Grand Canyon for excellent service! Update: 9/25/25 - Spray Foam insulation for your Shed? GC - They really do it all. I got a new shed and wanted to protect it from the extreme heat and sun beating down on it over the years, as well as being easier to keep it cool with a small portable ac unit when working in the shed. Brandon told me everything involved, and set expectations. Emma (always a joy to work with) scheduled an appointment, and then we waited. The crew showed up on time and were finished faster than I expected. Very professional and respectful of the property. They prepped and cleaned up everything. Now this shed is quiet! It could even be used as a music recording space.

I priced doing it myself with a DIY kit, but that would have been about 40 percent MORE in cost! Not to mention the PPE needed. Rockwool or other insulation is an option, but nothing beats spray foam for R value, sound dampening, and overall protection from the elements. If you’re thinking of doing it yourself, save some money and have the pros at Grand Canyon do it. Thanks again Brandon, Emma, and the spray foam team!

Update 8/26/25 - Grand Canyon Home Services Saves Our New Roof!

If you see water dripping off your roof, call GC! Our unit, (while very well maintained), had a leak develop in the condensate line. Luckily, Tyler saw it during his maintenance routine. He took photos while up on the roof and clearly explained to us the different options and provided information on how these leaks develop. An appointment was set after an estimate that met my budget was approved on, and the leak was fixed.

Not an emergency, but we just got a new roof installed!! Having water drain constantly onto your shingles will cause damage eventually and I don’t need another headache after dealing with that.

If you see a drip, just call GC. Why? Grand Canyon can do it!

Grand Canyon Home Services saves the day… Again!

I’m writing this as we’re finishing up Friday before Memorial Day weekend. (Keep this in mind)

I called Grand Canyon to report that our unit isn’t cooling, and the AC was just blowing hot air. It’s Friday, it’s after 5pm on a holiday weekend. I didn’t think we’d have luck getting anyone out from ANY company. Edward was professional and was empathetic to our situation. He checked the schedule and found room for us.

Tyler, the technician Grand Canyon sent, is literally on our roof right now, and our AC is blowing cold again. That’s how fast this was. It has been 45 minutes since I placed the call and we have comfort again. This company is unbelievable! Tyler was clean, respectful and professional in every way. He explained all the options available for the situation, and recommended a solution that really exceeded my expectations.

I’ve used Grand Canyon for many of their services, from hot water heater replacement (another emergency situation handled expertly), to faucet repair, from light fixture installation, to duct cleaning and of course from AC and heating to toilet replacement! They do it all. Always with techs that know their stuff and don’t sell you stuff you don’t need. The upper end options are available but in most cases, they can find you a solution that meets your needs and doesn’t break the bank. Even on holiday weekends!

Like I always say when it’s beyond my DIY skills, “Grand Canyon Can Do It!”

What an amazing person. He came out immediately. I am so grateful as my aging mom lives with me and it was getting 80 plus in house, cooler her off with ice packs. He solved the problem and got AC running within an hour.And I feel it was not bank breaking cost, thank goodness. I will totally be calling him for everything and will be replacing unit with him when it finally needs to be replaced. 10 stars if I could rate it. Thank you so much.

I actually found Emanuel via my neighbor and was so pleasant to deal with that. Emanuel from ER Heating and Air Conditioning is a lifesaver. Our unit went out and after reading reviews on ER H&A i gave him a call. Emanuel arrived a hour later and was able to fix the issue quickly. After looking over the unit it was determined that our problem was a disconnected wire. He could have told us anything since we are not in that industry but he was honest. Will definitely be using ER Heating and Air Conditioning for yearly maintenance and future repairs.

I found Emanuel to be very professional and informative. I appreciate that I was looking for a second opinion on wether or not I really needed a new AC unit. ER Heating & Air were easy to work with, very professional, timely and Emmanuel did not hesitate to take his time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions.

Their pricing was very competitive as well which made the choice easy!

These guys provided awesome service. My air broke in the middle of the night and was 87 degrees inside . I called them at 7 am
and they were able to cone to our house by 8. Replaced 2 parts and we were up and running in 10 min with air again. No issues since!!! i highly recommend and trust and so thankful they saved the day!!!
