We have typically had very negative experiences with vendors assigned to us by the home warranty. However, our experience with Blackstone was completely different. From the office staff to the field staff they were polite, courteous, and professional. Scheduling was easy, they were communicative, and on time! So grateful our claim was assigned to them.

This is the 1st time I've ever given a review where the company did not even have the chance to perform their service - really to no fault of their own. I cancelled an appointment originally scheduled thru a home warranty plan. Paid my $100 service call prior as required by the warranty. AHS would not refund the payment until Shane from Blackstone got involved and told them it never happened, triggering a call from AHS that a refund is being processed. I appreciate Shane doing the right thing and confirming with the warranty provider that the charge needed to be refunded.

House has been really cold the last few days, and Shane came by and figured out the issue within 5 minutes. Can now enjoy the temperature in my home thanks to Shane being so quick and efficient at his job. Looking forward to staying warm the rest of this season. Thanks again, Shane!

My Home Warranty set them up, I was contacted that day and scheduled that week, receptionist was very helpful and understanding of our schedule. The men came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater and got approval from my HW and rescheduled to put in the new part the following week. It was done today very quickly, very happy all around with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I worked with.

Excellent service! Thought I would need to pay 6-7k to replace the coil due to some non-existing leakage based on other company technician’s assessment, but Shane did help check and examine everything and confirmed that everything it’s in good condition and no leakage. Thanks Shane! I will definitely continue to use service from them!

Shane (the owner) came out to check what was wrong with my AC. Within 5 minutes he had already diagnosed the issue, replaced a part and had it working within 15 minutes. All after the guy the previous week spent an hr looking at it and said he is unable to work on my newer unit and couldn't figure it out. Great service and quick, appreciate it and will be using them in the future!

Shane has come out several times to help with an urgent AC issue .He was able to fix it right away . He has also rushed out to my 91 year old granddaughter home for a water leak near the sidewalk that had been leaking overnight . It was fixed in just a few hours and grandma was overjoyed with how quickly and professionally this was addressed and resolved. A++ I'm my book

Shane was very punctual, knowledgeable, and kind! He answered all of my questions and was very fast and efficient installing my new coil. The company as a whole has been very nice and always follows up with calls, texts and emails when needed. Communication has been spot on! They also gave me the best priced quote compared to 4 other companies, BY FAR! I’m talking, half the cost. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Even though he is swamped due to the extreme temperatures in the area he was able to have technicians arrive on time to complete the installation.
