Didn't realize my dryer vent needed attention until Daniel pointed out it was totally blocked with lint. Had no idea that was even a thing to check. He explained what was going on without making me feel dumb about it, then cleaned it out. Wish I'd known sooner how important that is. Works great now and the price was good.

Third time trying to fix my AC mess and honestly didnt expect much. But then Daniel came over to clean out the air ducts and wow, what a difference. Now everything cools evenly and the airflow is way better. No more sweating over broken vents. If your AC is acting up in Sun City, AZ 85373, these guys actually get it done right.

Best service I have received from any HVAC company that came. They took a look at my unit and they seen that it was leaking. They patched the leak and added some refrigerant very quick. They did a great job. This company is great at what they do amazing services.

Fantastic Service! I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my new air conditioner. Shane from Blackstone provided a diagnostic and explained the results in plain language. He provided a very competitive quote on installation based on my research. Shane and his team were courteous and punctual and let me know how things were progressing through the install. I will gladly recommend Blackstone Heating & Air Conditioning. They are Excellent!

I dealt with Shane this morning. He was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. The thing that really struck me as odd was the fact that he was honest. Genuine honesty in this day and age is a rare quality most people seem to lack, or so it seems. Shane could have taken advantage of our A/C situation but didn't. To us, that was unheard of. So many times I have seen (I'm a previous contractor) contractors take advantage and "fudge" information/numbers to line their own pockets, but Shane did not. Not at all. I truly believe people like Shane deserve a positive A+ 5 star review for that alone, not even including the other factors that really went the extra mile for us. This type of situation needs to be heard. It deserves a platform. People need to know that Blackstone is an honest, fair and professional company to work with and truly deserve your business. For all of the above, we are extremely grateful! It was such a positive experience that my wife and I are going to replace our entire HVAC unit later this year and Blackstone is our go-to, no doubt. Hats off to Shane with Blackstone. They honestly are a rare gem in the contractor world... a breath of fresh air!
