I called forservice on my ac. The dispatcher Joey got me on the schedule yesterday evening and kept in communication with me on when our technician would.be there. Even tried to do some troubleshooting with me. Really appreciate that type of service.

Our ac unit went down in the middle of summer here in az, we called cactus plumbing and air.

They sent out Justin Miller one of their techs and I’m so glad they did! He did a fantastic job, explained everything to me in great detail of what and why he was doing it and we are up and running with cold air again.

I needed AC service and called the office. I spoke to Joey and he was very courteous. He got a technician out to my house the same day. The pricing was excellent and so was the customer service. I definitely will use them again.

Excellent service! The AC was making a lot of noise and wasn't blowing cool air. I called and spoke to Joey in the office. I've never talked to someone who had so much information and cared about what I had to say. He was able to send out someone to fix my AC and I wasn't overcharged. If you need service call them!!!

My dad is not an easy person to please but he said the dispatcher Joey and the technician were excellent. They got him serviced quickly on Sunday and they didn't charge him any extra fees to come out. I'm going to use this company for my home when I have to.
