Shane called to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. That worked for me and when he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He asked about the problem and once checking over the unit he had it fixed in no time. I was shocked. The heat pump is now purring like a kitten. Should I need to call for repair again I will definitely ask for him at Blackstone Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

A technician was dispatched blackstone AC COMPANY to inspect and repair my split AC system. Upon inspection, he stated there was a refrigerant leak in the pipes behind the indoor unit. He tightened the fittings and assured me that the leak was fixed. He then proceeded to the outdoor unit to recharge the system with refrigerant.

However, the moment he attempted to insert refrigerant, the entire system—including the compressor—shut down. When I inquired about what had happened, he simply stated that he didn’t know. He turned off the breaker switch for a few minutes and then restored power, claiming the system was running again.

After the service was completed, I went inside to test the cooling. While the air was cool, it was not cold, and the unit was clearly not performing as it should. The technician told me, “This is the best you’re going to get,” and left without further diagnostics or testing.

We had an AC unit blowing warm air and called Blackstone. Shane and his team were out same day to check the problem and promptly scheduled for a replacement. The install of our new unit was done efficiently and extremely professional. I would recommend Blackstone for any HVAC need and will be calling again if ever needed.

Our water heater recently went out and we called Blackstone Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to come out and replace it quickly. The service tech. arrived on time at eight am, found the problem, the fan controller. He replaced it in a short amount of time. He was polite and also explained the problem. I would recommend Grand Canyon to a friend.

They have been out twice. Once to inspect our AC and the second time to inspect our gas heater (heat pack). We are extremely pleased with them and highly recommend.

Our air was not cooling down the house. Nick came out and did a complete check and found the problem. He gave us several options. No pressure tactics. We are now relaxing in a cool house. Thank you for all you did.

Best service in town! My AC went out on the weekend and a holiday weekend at that. I called and was able to have a tech out to my house in a few hours. I will definitely be using them again. Next time it will be for maintenance.

Called at 215 scheduler was great! Gave a window to show up of 4-8.. showed up just after 4.. Troy was great went up came back down after diagnosis . Explained what needed to be done and went back up.. when came back down he explained the last person to work on it wired the fan motor wrong and it was not spinning wrong way..Fixed it and it was an instant improvement.. thank you all I will definitely recommend you!!!!👍

Matt did a great job of explaining what he was doing to our hearing and cooling system. He also went the extra mile and took a look at one of our vents that was making some noise and suggested a way to fix it.

I thought that I had a good relationship with this business since I’ve spent approximately $9000 with them recently. I recently had a repair done that took approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete. I spoke with the owner, Nick and Nick tried to convince me that because of flat rate pricing that the equivalent of approximately $800 an hour labor was reasonable. I had a capacitor replaced. This was an insult to my intelligence. Harry Truman said “Fool me once,shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me”. Need I say more?

Thought I'd be able to install a WiFi Thermostat myself at a winter condo we bought. Had no problem doing it at home, but the condo had an old Trane unit and unlike furnace at home, due to its age, had no terminal marked where a "C" common wire was required (even with wire readily available).

The service men knew what they were doing. Only took them half an hour to locate and connect the terminal and test operation. Plus, they also knew how to set the thermostat for use with a heat pump. Otherwise, no instructions accompanied the thermostat for a lay person like myself to even have a clue concerning the need to do that. Within time spent, the service men took the effort to ensure everything worked efficiently for both heat and cool.

Very impressed with advance notice indicating they were on their way, promptness upon arrival, expertise, and thoroughness. They also advised how to best to remotely run our air conditioner when away in the summer (thus, the reason for Wi-Fi) to make sure wood within the condo would not dry out.

Plus, I believe the cost was very reasonable!

Would definitely call Grand Canyon Home Services again!
