After purchasing our home here in AZ and moving to the valley from Oregon, we needed a full service HVAC company. We were referred to Grand Canyon Home Services. We have had several service repairs, maintenance and on June 19th had a new cooling system installed. WE could NOT BE HAPPIER in the quality of workmanship, honestly, integerity and the on time service we have received. The install team was organized, polite and finished on time! Todd performed a new AC system service check. He was very thorough and took the time to check the attic air handler, all connections and the refrigerant levels. He topped off the refrigerant levels. The new AC system, installed in January has been working flawlessly. Todd confirmed everything was running per the manufacturer’s specifications.

Kyle visited to examine, start and assess the gas log fireplace. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and explained the workings to me. Clean, professional and quick -- what more could you ask for?!

This company is so professional. Our a/c went out and after spending the night without it, I thought I’d call at 6:30am and leave a message for someone to call me back when they were in the office. A live person answered the phone and took all my information. I had a return call and scheduled an appt by 7:30. The tech was professional and quick to analyze and fix our issue. This company came on a recommendation and I will definitely put their number in my phone for future personal needs and to recommend to friends and family

Water Heater problem, was on location within an hour after calling the office. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and got my heater working quickly. Would Recommend at 5 Star rating.

World class customer service. The service was amazing last year Kyle (my hero) got my gas fireplace up and running. That’s why I called them again this year to have my fireplace serviced and toilet installed. I highly recommend them.

My unit quit at 2 am June 11th. I called Grandcanyon at around 9am Kyle showed up at 11:30. He did an awesome job, I was leaning towards my compressor being bad but thankfully it was just the start cap. Its 12:45 and my units cooling. This was on a Saturday also. Do yourself a big favor and call these guys first. Thanks KYLE! Communication was good also.

Grand Canyon Home Services went above and beyond to correct my issue. Kyle quickly assessed my problem and walked me through various solutions to not only fix the root cause, but to also ensure the health of my equipment moving forward.

Made an appointment with Grand canyon home services on Friday for Monday between 8 and 12. Todd showed up at 8 ready to go, took a look at things went up in the attic got it all figured out it was done by 9 30, everything works great. Going to have them look at the hvac system next. Very happy with their service.

Had Michael over for a freon recharge last week and received this in the mail today. We were offered an amazing deal on a recharge as well as a leak sealant additive and I couldn't have felt better about the service. The few times I called techs out, it felt more like they were trying to sell me a new unit rather than actually help fix it.

Grand Canyon Home Service saved the day when we had an electrical breaker suddenly go bad and leave half our home without power. We called and they sent Todd, one of their service experts, out right away. He solved the problem quickly, replaced some parts and inspected the rest of the panel for any other potential problems. Super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It's pretty obvious to us why they have a 5 star rating.

From Linda, my first phone contact, Nick who called to schedule the crew of four who installed my Lennox unit, to Jason, my first face contact. Jason did a thorough inspection, explained the need for certain repairs, and without any high pressure sales, gave me an estimate. He wore shoe covers and had his own mat. Downloaded the new thermostat instructions on my PC. Came back in a day after he said the thermostat wasn't working properly. I have recommended GCHS to my friends, should they have any ac/heating needs.

Grand Canyon is the best at what they do! There employees are trustworthy and friendly, they wear booties when they come in so they do not make a mess on your floors.
The best thing you can do is get on their maintenance plan, because once they have been out you won't have to worry about having them return until its time for a check up. The best way to make sure you stay cool all year around. We have waited in the past until something breaks and then costs lots of money, NOT anymore their service plan saves the day!

I have used Grand Canyon Home Services a few years ago for installation of new AC/Heat Unit and was 100% satisfied. This week I used the services of same for installation of a new tankless hot water heater. Plumbing technician, Todd Pipitone was right on time and the time blocked for the job was almost spot on!
He was also knowledgeable and efficient as there were no problems in the installation. He was very courteous, professional and extremely neat in tidying up the work area. Todd also, took the extra time to explain what I needed to know for operation and then went above and beyond in services. I couldn’t understand why I only got hot water to my washer and thought the cold wasn’t hooked up. He quickly checked the appliance and told me that my hot and cold water hookups were reversed. In my opinion, the service was outstanding and I recommend Grand Canyon without reservatio. Linda, who handles the phone and schedules the appointments is also excellent. She is friendly and efficient and really cares about the customer and plays a big role in the success of this outstanding business!

Kyle arrived on time with all the necessary materials to complete the work. He was very professional with a positive attitude. I would recommend him to work on my home any time.

Todd came to our home for our first time with Grand Canyon Home Services. He inspected our HVAC and we were so pleased we signed a maintenance agreement for this company to do our inspections and work.

Today, we had Matt Hatfield from Grand Canyon Home Services, clean out our AC ducts, and service our AC unit. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and passionate about the company he works for. In addition, he ask great questions about the health of our indoor breathing air. I have very bad allergies and he showed great concern, and offered great solutions to help with my breathing problems. The duct cleaning has already improved my allergy problems, and the AC unit is running more efficiently! Matt Hatfield went way beyond our expectations! He’s a 5 star employee!
