I wasn’t home during this AC service but I have been using Champion Air for three years. My family said the technician, Randy, went above and beyond. They told me everything he did during the AC service and I was extremely impressed. My father is going to be using Champion Air as well now. Highly recommend and thank you Randy!

Even though I had a new system, I just wanted to make sure my AC is running properly. I got Champion through Costco and they setup an appointment for tune up right away. The technician Mr Iven communicated prior to arrival and came on time. He spent enough time checking everything, cleaned everything and did a great job. He suggested just one minor thing and everything went well. Completely satisfied with the service and kudos to Iven.

Summer tune up from Champion Air. Excellent pre appointment communication via text, phone and email. Text included a photo and bio of my technician when they were on the way. Iven was professional, friendly and respectful as he worked through the process. He patiently explained my results and made suggestions without any high pressure sales pitch. Will schedule again next year.

I had called Champion Air to do a maintenance on my 2 ac units and to install my purifier filters and lights. My old tech had left the company and they were sending me a new one. His name is Randy Mooney. I have never seen a more meticulous individual who worked on my units. He was not in a hurry, he saw little things and took the time to fix them. He took pictures and went over them with me. I was thoroughly impressed.

Randy was the technician who serviced our AC units. Randy was friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain why our AC was not cooling as expected and how to address it. Identified some sources of heat that needed attention to help keep the house cooler. Very happy with the service.

This has been our first appointment with Champion Air. Colbie G. not only completed troubleshooting efficiently, he implemented the most practical course of action and completed the install same day! Our downstairs AC unit stopped working and we were able to get them in next day to take a look at it. Our technician worked quickly, cleaned our air conditioner, diagnosed the problem, and made some recommendations without ever being pushy

Larry, the technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell us all about our system. We paid to have our air-conditioning unit serviced. I had set up the appointment at Costco. From the time I set the appointment to the end after the technician left… There was nothing but communication. They even sent a picture and bio of our technician before he arrived.
I would highly recommend this company. When it comes time to either fix our unit or get a new one… I will definitely trust this company. I will be calling them in the future for any repair needs and referring to friends and family as well. Thank you so much!

Randy called ahead of time and was very prompt. He was knowledgeable and even gave my kids brand new match box cars.

Randy came out and assessed our system to figure out why we had hot and cool rooms. He made some adjustments and gave 2 different proposals as solutions. He was thorough and did a great job!

Have used these guys several times in the recent years for tune-ups; today Randy M was the tech to service two units and he did a great job. He got right to work and was very thorough; afterwards he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. Hoping I can request him again for my next service.

There tech Colbie was extremely professional,considerate and polite. Never once put pressure on selling point just gave honest and true recommendations giving me the customer the options to decide. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.

The crew was very professional and considerate. Kris was responsive and answered all of our questions. The technician, James, and his partner arrived right on time and kept us updated throughout the process and gave us realistic and accurate timelines for the work so we were able to plan for the install appropriately. They walked us through the set up and made sure we knew who/how to contact if we had any issues. I had a great experience with Champion Air. I scheduled over the weekend and they were able to plug me in. The technician David was very professional, knowledgeable and communicative about what was going on with my AC unit. He was able to fix the problem and had my unit blowing again within the hour.

Chris is great at what he does. Very courteous, cleaned up after himself after performing the service. Went over lots of information about our system and what to watch out for in the future.

Colbie Griffith came out to help me with a leaking ac unit that had stopped cooling. He did a fantastic job of explaining to me how the system should work, and exactly why mine wasn’t working, and presented me with options for what to do next. I really appreciated his ability to explain the issues thoroughly, and his openness about options and long-term outlook. I definitely recommend Colbie — after lots of bad interactions with ac service personnel from other companies, Colbie was a breath of fresh (cool 😁) air!
