This company has been amazing from start to finish. From the initial call to the final sign off the support has been amazing.

Working with this company was wonderful throughout the entire job. He returned calls and texts quickly and kept me up to date on the progress/timeline. They worked on several areas of my house and had different crews that specialized in the different aspects of the remodel. The final result looked great and they will be the only company I will work with in the future on this type of job.

We met the manager on a Sunday and he had a crew to us by Sunday night to begin the process. Our schedules were all over the place and the team really accommodated us and communication was frequent. We always knew where we were in the process and the next step. We had some knowledgeable and friendly technicians. We had a regular that made this process that much more better. He always answered all questions and always there with a smile and an overall good disposition. We decided to continue on with them to remodel our home since they were able to speak with the insurance company on our behalf.

Great company. Honest, and caring. My daughter lives in their service area and some major plumbing problems which flooded part of her house. They were there when promised, very efficient and even friendly. I happen to be at her house at the time, because she has a toddler and expecting another one. They were very courteous to her and got the job done. Will definitely recommend them.

During a time of stress, the manager was able to answer all of my questions and calm my uncertainties while shedding some light on an unpleasant situation with our home. He is very knowledgeable of the business industry-wide and all of the moving parts that go with it. He handles his customers with care, respect and ensures that you are taken care of to the best of his ability. I would definitely call this company for any restoration needs!

The manager and his team are excellent. They are not only professional but they put their heart into the job and went above and beyond for me when they did the remediation for a pipe burst in the ceiling. I highly recommend. Nice people too. It can be hard to find excellent quality contractors but this company delivers and I'm pleased.

Prime Restoration came in after a burst pipe flooded our lobby. Their prompt 24/7 water removal and structural drying services got us back in business without losing revenue. They even handled mold remediation, which was a major relief. Truly exceptional emergency response.

The technician was the superman. He managed the whole thing as if it was his own home. He took care of everything after the incident. He was our star during tough and nerve breaking times. Apart from his professionalism, he is also a great human being, with the greatest sense of responsibility. The technician is a caring person, and he is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable ones out there. I would not ever hesitate to use his services again. He is my go to person for what he does for a life time.
