Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. They showed up on time and were very thorough during the entire project. I am very pleased with everything and would recommend them. Jeff was always there to check there work and always listened to me if I had any concerns.

We really loved what Jeff did with our guest bathroom shower. We had issues with the water leaking through the door due to the shower head in the wrong location. The new shower has been upgraded and no more leaking. After finishing the guest shower he remodeled our master bath and shower. We had several leaks in the shower and the bathtub did not have access panel. We decided to remodel both of them. I am so glad we did. It came out great. We love it! JDR contracting did the job in a timely matter. They communicated throughout the process. They do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend.

Jeff did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel! Jeff was onsite every day and was very meticulous in all areas of the remodel. My cost was much less than the estimates I received from other contractors. This was an excellent experience and I will use JDR contracting for other projects at my house.

We hired Jeff for a recent remodel of our kitchen/laundry/bathrooms. This was our first time working with a contractor so we didn’t know what to expect. But the communication from Jeff was great from the start. The cost was reasonable. He was respectful of our home and completed the job within a reasonable time frame. He listened to what we wanted/needed and made it a reality. We are very pleased with the results and it feels more like our home. We would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to have a remodel done.

JDR Contracting did an amazing job on a full remodel of our house in Sun City West. They handled everything - removed walls and popcorn ceilings, re-located patio doors, plumbing, electrical and ductwork. Bathrooms were completely redone with new walk-in showers, a brand new kitchen and new flooring through out. Jeff and his employees were great to work with and did quality work.

Jeff did an amazing remodel job on my home. It first started out with two new showers, then expanded to new flooring, kitchen, and laundry room.

Jeff listens, is trustworthy/honest and an excellent craftsman. He did just a great job, I hired him to build a casita in my backyard.

Working with JDR Contracting was an extraordinarily outstanding experience. Jeff was prompt in providing an estimate for the work we were considering. His prices were more than fair too. Once work began, Jeff and his associate arrived to our home by 8:30am everyday. The quality of the work and attention to detail were also outstanding. The tile installer was as precise as anyone I’ve ever seen. We tore out an unsightly tub and replaced it with a shower comparable to the nicest hotel. We also tore out the backsplash in the kitchen. Finally, added a stacked stone accent wall in our living room. It turned out exactly as I imagined!!

We went through all the models here and all the sales personnel are so wonderful and welcoming 😀 we truly appreciate them. We hope to be buying a home from them soon 😀

Beautiful houses, loved the shasta plan.

DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM FULTON! Unless you want to spend 650k+ on a home that looks half finished, dents and scratches all over your new appliances and fixtures, and a project manager that yells at you and wants to dismiss you every chance he gets. Our home has over 100K in upgrades that were done so poorly and trying to get stuff fixed is a nightmare. We were forced to close on our home even though we wanted everything fixed prior to move in. We were threatened to have to pay $250 a day if we didn’t close on the home when they demanded. But here we are a month later from closing and we haven’t been able to move in! This place is an absolute joke and the builder should be embarrassed about the people they hire. Our neighbor has already called the news because they have such horrible errors in their home and have children with a medical condition and the builder is doing nothing to address the problem and the upgrades they paid for specifically for medical purposes! Fulton homes should be ashamed! You have been warned so save yourself the headache and frustration!

We paid a little over $800k for our Fulton place and honestly, we’re really happy with it. Like any new community, there have been a couple of small hiccups, but they’ve been quick to jump on things whenever we’ve needed help. The house itself looks great, feels solid, and we’re glad we made the move.

The did my first floor in 2012 and I’m about to have them do a second house for me. Excellent!

Electrical repair needed after installing a larger door. Very prompt. Reasonable on pricing for what I needed done. Friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Great Experience.
