Had a new roof put on 8 weeks ago. They Broke turbines, Refused to come back and fix!!! Lied about quite a lot! RUN!

Worst company ever. Don't honor there warranty and when you do get them to come out they don't fix the problem. Avoid using them.

I was happy with professional customer service and they keeped me informed with the status of my job and when the next step in the process would begin.

Jeff and Jared were very professional and went to bat for us when dealing with our insurance adjuster. I would certainly recommend Shaunghnessy Contracting. 5 stars for sure.

they hired our company to come check an antenna that they had thrown off a customer's roof (not realizing the customer was using it). they called us in a panic wanting us to get out there asap, so we basically dropped everything we were doing to assist them right away. once the tech was on site, and assessed that the antenna was too damaged to be repaired and needed to be replaced. the tech spoke with jeff the owner of shaughnessy roofing and notified him of the situation and costs of materials and labor to install a new one and he gave us approval. once we were done we went to go bill them for what we quoted and he began to fight us on the bill (for the price we had originally already quoted). after going back and forth for 30 minutes (wasting more of our time) he eventually paid us. but then he also proceeded to give our company a bad review on google over this; even though we were completely upfront, transparent, and got them out of the bind they were in on this job. if this is how they treat other people going out of their way to help them, i feel bad for how they probably treat their normal customers.

We have had 2 other roofing companies working on parts of our roof for the past 5 years and everytime we've been lied to but Shaughnessy Roofing wanted to only do it the right way or they wouldn't do the job. I've found out that they weren't kidding they went above and beyond to make it right. Great job.

I had the great pleasure of being referred to Shaunghnessy Contracting
(SC) after the other contracting company was unable to complete a
project. SC came in and picked up where the others left off. Anthony was
and continues to be amazing! He quickly returns calls, makes sure things
are running smoothly, and is great at communicating when things need to
be changed or modified. Anthony is also very good about staying in touch
as the project is in the works, The timeline provided initially is what they
strive for and for now, the timelines have been met as said. Overall, they
have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services!

Our HOA used this company to replace our roofs in 2012 and 2013. There have been several units that have had water leaks since that time, with some of them leaking very shortly after. They gave a 10yr warranty on the work and now owner won't return phone calls to discuss the damage of the interior of a home after it leaked AGAIN. The man that came out to repair roof said it was not done right in the first place. He said the had been repairing things that weren't done correctly for the past 6 months. Would not use them again and advise others not to also.

Great job! Just had the paper on my tile roof replaced by Shaughnessy Contracting. Very good price, good workmanship and timely. Job took 3.5 days and my neighbor told me how great it looked too. They also added some very much needed vents knowing that the houses in my neighbor do not have enough attic venting. Very happy. I would highly recommend.

After purchasing my home I hired this company to put an extra layer on my roof. After the first really hard rain I had water leaks in my garage and living room. They blamed it on solar panels which I had installed. Judging from pictures provided by the solar company the roofing job was very poorly done.

Put a mop sink on a hole with no plumbing. Left the ac turned off and left the thermostat hidden on inside of the ceiling tiles.

UMC did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen island. Jeff Duran, Project Manager, and those that worked with him are all skilled professionals. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day and showed up on time every day. Definitely recommend UMC.
