Nadine was a great coordinator through the finish and Eric was on hand often ensuring the trades completed the project to CPL high standards and attentive to our needs and questions. We were always aware of each stage along the way and the finished product was just as we expected. And now we are enjoying our new back yard!

We used CPL for our landscaping and pool at our new home. We were happy with responsiveness from initial plans and consultation through the final phases and completion.

The team did a good job of communicating throughout the project on their CPL App. Steve D did a nice job as our project manager.

Kathy Venn in the service department was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled service for my pool light and handled the billing - very professional and knowledgeable. The service Tech was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to perform the work in less time than anticipated which saved me some money. He also researched and made a referral for a problem with the heater. Great people make a great company!

This is our second pool build experience and California Pools was by far the best! Stephen Dreher and the staff were amazing to deal with. You guys rock! Thank you for an amazing experience.

California Pools provided an outstanding experience in the transformation of our backyard. They were very competitively priced and did not try to upsell us on unreasonable features, in fact helping us understand that some of the operating features that we had in mind were unnecessary. We signed in Oct 2021, expecting a lengthy process, knowing most pools around this time were taking 12 months or more. The pool and landscape was completed 7 months later. There were a couple of delays along the way, but the level of communication was so high that we were prepared for any curve in the road. And since completion, they have reached out numerous times to ensure all is well. Outstanding product! Outstanding service! - Bill B

California pools designed and built our in ground pool, as well as landscaping our yard. We are very happy with the quality and design. Our pool is about 2 years old now, and we have had 2 warranty issues. Kathy, from California pools has been incredibly wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, and makes sure the repairs get done in a timely manner. She is very courteous, and truly a pleasure to work with.

California Pools built our pool 22 years ago. That was a wonderful experience but since that time their support of their product has been outstanding. Alison in their office is always friendly and helpful when you call for service. She listens to what your issue is and helps you get the best and fastest service available. Their technicians are just fantastic. They show up on time and their work is always thorough. What I like most is that they are always willing to share their knowledge so I can better understand the workings of my pool. Nobody likes to have problems with their pool but it is incredibly comforting knowing this company and their wonderful people are always there to help.

Excellent quality, design and workmanship. Our project manager Steve was excellent. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He was on top of the project every step of the way. Would highly reccomend California Pools, especially if Steve is managing your pool build.

From the essential and compelling design process, Cody Risden and his CAD software were terrific, bringing our dream pool and yard to life. The various trades' skill levels and work ethic were astounding to watch. This pool was built by a series of specialized and highly skilled craftsmen. I was delighted with their work and cleanup. Project manager Stephen Dreher was always available to facilitate the construction process. Building a pool in your backyard + plus front and rear yard landscaping, is a significant project and can be a massive disruption; California Pools minimized the stress with an organized and efficient construction process. I HIGHLY recommend California Pool and Landscape.

Started out as a great experience with our first pool designer, and then we stopped by the show room and met Dave - due our original designer no longer being there. Dave ruined the experience and kept our deposit after telling us it was his decision to give us our deposit back if we decided to go another direction. Bragged about being best friends with the owner. We highly recommend NOT going with this location of California Pools.

We are beyond pleased with the work done with our project the whole team at California Pools were amazing, we first met Damian his presentation and knowledge was great and we knew we were in great hands, Stephen and Michelle were always so responsive with all our questions during the construction. At the end everything turned out amazing Stephen and Noah came back to take a last look and were so helpful with tips and tricks for our pool. We appreciate the whole team so much and the experience was exceptional Thank you!!

The design team Casey and field team Stephen were great getting our job designed and fully finished. Casey really listened to what we wanted and was flexible in making small changes in the begining. We were updated on a timely basis and communication with the team was fantastic! The job was done faster than anticipated. I would recommend to any homeowner. Our only issues 2 were with the CPL Portal, (App) had many glitches and many times would not load. Also, The Financial team/ department , was not on the same page as the design team at times, there needs to be better communication between the two to ensure seamless process. Many times we would get payment amounts different from what was originally agreed. In the end the final amount was the same. Some of the message sent to us from financial were a little rude. But be sure to get all information aligned with each department.
But other than those little items we have a wonderful pool and yard all ready for the summer and our future here in our new home. Would highly recommend California Pools and Landscape to anyone! Thanks again Casey and Stephen!!

Our pool and landscaping turned out beautifully—California Pools did a great job bringing our vision to life, and we’re really happy with the finished product.

Brian, our designer, was very accommodating to our requests and helped us feel confident in the direction of the design. Stephen, our pool supervisor, was attentive and easy to work with throughout the process.

While overall we’re thrilled with how everything turned out, there were a few times when communication could have been more consistent. That said, the end result is exactly what we were hoping for, and we're looking forward to enjoying our new backyard for years to come.

My pool is beautiful and my landscaping superb. Cody Risdon helped me design my pool and it is perfection Steve Dreher and Jessica. Zaragoza, where are my points of contact for project management and status of my job. The attention to detail That was given to my project was far above my expectations. The standards that CalPools sets for their finished products Is better than any company I have ever worked with. If you’re in the market for a pool and landscaping, I highly recommend them.

In a time of construction delays and problems facing all of Arizona's construction industry, CA Pools handled our project with the upmost integrity, honesty and professionalism. Our Pool and backyard is everything we could have ever hoped for. Joel Parron did a wonderful job designing our pool using references of a pool my late father built when we were growing up. Eric Collins our construction manager was up front and honest about every step of the way helping navigate a very difficult time with the construction industry during the pandemic. Nadine Chapman helped keep our schedule in order so I was never surprised when a construction team would show up. The company's app helped make communication a breeze. My family and I would recommend them completely!
