I had removed the tile flooring throughout my house and discovered the subfloor was in need of leveling. About 1200 St ft. I needed help rather than doing the work myself.

I requested quotes and went with Adams bid which was reasonable. He is very communicative and responsive. His work is excellent.

He did an amazing job!! He was on time, communicative, had great recommendations, spent time explaining everything to me, and was up front on his pricing which was a bit lower than the other 3 estimates I got. He actually came out and did the estimate himself which was helpful because he knew exactly what was needed. The other estimates came from sales people who didn’t seem very educated regarding what needed to be done. He demoed and protected everything from dust. He cleaned up before he left. He finished a day ahead of time. He installed new tile and then refreshed and repaired the other tile work I had done just 18mo ago that was not done correctly. The repair work looked like it was a brand new job. I can’t recommend him enough.

Poor communication between home service and scheduling. Not a group or a team that you can’t count on in my experience. If they say they’ll call and confirm. They don’t. If they say 1-3days more like greater than a week. It’s a smaller store too. But the home services team is so poor.
