Our Alpha Exteriors technician Kenyatti, just left, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! He could not have been more respectful & polite, a very pleasant young man. He got right to work, stuck with the job, and the resulting sparkling clean windows & screens equals one very happy customer! They made it easy to make payment. All-around, this was the best arrangement for home services I've encountered. My recommendation for window cleaning is definitely Alpha Exteriors. I'm sure they are equally superior in the other services they offer.

First time hiring for window cleaning in the four years we’ve lived in AZ. Dustin was quick to respond on my YELP inquiry. He was able to schedule in a timely manner for my short notice. I was very appreciative. Windows looked great. The dreaded film is finally off my windows. Dustin works effectively and efficiently. Would highly recommend Dustin. Dustin did an amazing job cleaning our windows. Our house is big and two stories, but that didn’t phase him. Would highly recommend him for his talent and expertise. He also identified any issues he saw and gave us recommendations on who to go with to fix them from his network connections to other contractors.

It is truly remarkable how long we have been searching for exceptional window cleaners since relocating to Sun City three years ago. It is quite surprising how many companies do not respond to inquiries via email or phone. Upon contacting Alpha Exteriors, Dustin answered the phone, and he was exceptionally kind and professional. We subsequently scheduled an appointment for the following week. Dustin arrived with another gentleman (we regret that we cannot locate their business card, so we would appreciate it if you could acknowledge him as well). Their service was consistently professional, from the initial phone call to the completion of the window cleaning. We are so impressed with their work. We have arranged for their services to be provided every six months. Furthermore, I should mention that their services are also quite reasonably priced.

Alpha Exteriors did a wonderful job when they washed and cleaned our back patio. They carefully removed all furniture and items, washing on top and under all chairs and tables, leaving them sparkling clean.They were careful to return all items in their places. Five windows and french patio doors. Dustin was very efficient, polite, and professional. He was in and out quickly. All windows look great! I had an opportunity to use the rain guarantee but even after the storm, they still look great. You won’t regret using this company!
