This is definitely the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and really pays attention to details. Probably the nicest people I have work with since moving to Arizona. Previously I have had 2 other carpet services clean my carpet but they didn't even compare to the job Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning did. His equipment was quiet- no dragging of huge hoses throughout my house and carpet dried quickly. I was so impressed with the work done that I also scheduled him and with the help of his "lovely wife" cleaned my tile/grout which looks perfectly new. Fantastic job! Our church carpet at First Baptist Church Sun City West looks wonderful. Heaven's Best took a normal two day job and finished in one day working about 11 hours straight. They are very reasonably priced at $0.25 per square foot.

We've now hired these folks to not only save a brand new carpet from a nasty stain, but to: clean and seal grout on tile throughout the house; clean and reseal granite countertops and clean and seal a shower surround. The results in all cases were outstanding. They are punctual, highly communicative, candid and understated about potential outcomes, friendly and most of all very very good about doing what they do.

Devon did an amazing job on our carpet that had cat urine issues. He was promoted, meticulous, and listened to our concerns. Took his time and worked steadily. I consider myself and expert on carpet cleaning services due to the issues with our kitty ( she’s not with us anymore)and am confident his knowledge and customer service skills did the job better than I would have expected. I called Heaven’s Best with very short notice, I needed my whole house carpet cleaned for an open house. They were very accommodating and fit us in immediately. Not saying that would always happen, but they did make it happen for us. They did a spectacular job and we are very pleased. We like their process and it did dry quickly. Highly recommended.

Found the company in an article in the Independent Newspaper. Able to give estimate of the job to be done over the phone. No need to come to your home and measure rooms and survey condition of carpet first. Made appointment to clean and cleaner came exactly on time 👍 . Using the latest high-tech equipment, the job was finished in about three hours- very efficient, it smelled good , and my carpet looks almost new! WOW!!! Do you want fast friendly service and great prices? Skip the box stores... We can not express how happy we are with the whole Cranmore team with our new carpet installation. From the second we walked into the showroom and were greeted we knew this was different. We could go on and on about every detail but that is just words, give them a try and let their actions speak for them.

Like you, we've used various carpet cleaning companies in the past—some that offered 37 rooms cleaned for only $79.95, and others that promised no residue. I remembered how strong the smell was after our last carpet cleaning (which is why we weren't using them again). Well, it seems you get what you pay for, and "no residue" means the carpet is so stiff you walk on top of the straight fibers.

Friends recommended Cranmore. I called and they came out almost right away. The man who arrived was jovial and efficient, telling us what he'd do for us and asking questions to make sure we'd be satisfied. He told us how much it would be, and it wasn't much more than the cheap companies that charge a base price for three rooms, but then add on this, that, and the other thing. We put the cat in the bathroom to wait it out, and the dogs went outside. We held our breath and it began.

The man moved our furniture and worked as quietly as man wielding a compressor-driven cleaning machine can. He was done in a relatively short space of time. When he left, we had carpets that would need to dry for 8 or so hours, but oh, what a wonderful smell, and the next day, the dry carpets felt great underfoot.

Highly recommend Cranmore! Very easy to set up appointment for whole house carpet and tile cleaning. Robert was the tech that came out to clean the floors. He arrived on time, took proper measurements of the home and go to work right away. He cares about the work he does and it shows. We are very happy with the job Robert and Cranmore carpet did.

I would highly recommend Cranmore Carpet Cleaning. My wife and I recently needed a few rooms cleaned and stretched for a property we rent. Tiffany was very kind on the phone and knowledgable about their services and prices. We called a few other companies that seemed to be unsure what to price. Both the carpet stretching team and the cleaners were on time, kind, worked clean and did a great job. This is the second time I have used Cranmore Carpeting - we needed our southwest wool rug seam cleaned, as well as a microsuede sofa. Outstanding job! We will also need our floor tile and grout cleaned in the near future. Mike did a demo on a few sq ft of our living room tile and grout with his machine, and were very impressed at how clean the area was - especially the grout. We really love their work, their reasonable prices, and we strongly recommend Cranmore Carpeting for all home floor, furniture, and rug cleaning.

I received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and I am SO happy I chose Cranmore. To be honest, Cranmore wasn't my cheapest quote; however, their punctuality, responsiveness and customer service is what won me over and made me choose to spend a little more. They did a free estimate for steam-cleaning my tile and grout, shampooing almost all of my carpets and cleaning 2 of my couches. Tiffany worked exclusively through email with me to schedule both my quote and service and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. The gentleman that did my quote arrived promptly on time and only took about 10 minutes. Jose performed the service and he was punctual, friendly and completed the job quickly and efficiently and my total even ended up being $10 less than the quote! I highly recommend this company and I will CERTAINLY use them again next year!

Blake did a great job cleaning our carpets! He arrived early, was very friendly and provided us with additional cleaning instructions before he left. He was also kind enough to clean a couple of additional area rugs upon request while he was there. We greatly appreciated that he wen the extra mile to fulfill that request!
