Was very impressed with the entire operation, very professional, clean, honest, explained everything they were doing and even took care of some additional spots/areas at no charge. My carpets dried very fast and didn’t have the “crusty” feel Due to too much chemical. Would highly recommend!!!

GCS was a great choice when we needed our carpet cleaned last minute. The carpet cleaning service we typically use could not fit us in for a week. We needed the carpet done sooner than that so after reading reviews for several companies, we chose to call GCS. They were able to fit us in two days later. When GCS arrived to clean our carpet they were friendly and professional. Our needs/concerns were listened to before they set to work. When just a couple of rooms were completed we were asked if we were happy with the results before they proceeded. They also went the extra mile to move furniture to ensure all carpet could get cleaned. The results were fantastic. The cleaning/deodorizing aroma was not too heavy in the air. Our carpets look great and our house smells fresh. We definitely recommend GCS and may have even found our new “regular” carpet cleaning service provider!

I would recommend their Tile Cleaning Service. We recently purchased a home in Surprise. It wasn't until living there for about a week we noticed every time we walked around barefoot on the tile that we would get black all over our feet. Our children were crawling on the floor and their hands and feet were getting black.

Enter GCS/Surprise Carpet Cleaning Co. My wife and I were in need of a cleaning. I called Brain, and he was able to work things for us to get cleaned the next day. I can't say enough about the customer service, the overall price, the experience, and most importantly the cleanliness of the tile. Rick was the rep who cleaned our tile, and I really enjoyed his positive attitude....especially with him coming out on a Saturday morning.

They did an amazing job on my carpets.!! The technician showed up on time. He really took the time to do a good job. He dis not do a rushed job. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Surprise Carpet came out to my home for carpet cleaning. They have been cleaning my carpets for a couple years and do an excellent job. They are prompt, thorough and courteous. Through the kids, the puppy, and the stains they consistently make my carpets look new again and again. On occasion I have had to leave them alone in my home and they have proven to be very trustworthy. Call them for great looking carpets!

I have used GCS twice in our home. Always on time and have made the carpets look great. Next time we have them in we will have them clean the tile as well.
I have also seen their work at my employer’s location as well. It’s a huge job in a high traffic area. It always looks so good afterwards.

GCS came out and cleaned my mother's carpet before she put her house up for sale. They came as a recommendation from her realtor. We had them clean the entire house and they did an amazing job. They got out all but the worst stains which I suspect are in there for good and wouldn't come out with anything. They were professional, courteous, and gave her an absolutely great deal. We would have them come out again in a heart beat.

We recently had our carpets cleaned after GCS installed our new flooring in the rest of our home. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was punctual, knowledgeable, and very kind. We felt comfortable having him in our home and the work he did was top notch. Our carpets looked brand new and they are quite old so that says a lot. We can’t wait to have them come again And to put in new carpet in the future.

I reached out online and received a prompt response and how much it would cost. Once my carpet guy (Rick) came out he was professional and courteous. Some of my stains were too difficult to take care of but they were definitely made better. My carpet feels so clean! Not soapy or sticky at all, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Brian also reached out to make sure everything went well. That is very appreciated!
