I had previously used one of those “zero residue” carpet services but didn’t feel it did a thorough enough job. I opted for the traditional carpet steam cleaning and was referred Cranmore by a friend and local real estate professional.

The scheduler was prompt to respond to my initial email inquiry and took my order and quoted me a reasonable price. The technician was very friendly and quick about his work, being done in approximately 45 minutes.

I didn’t experience any unexpected charges by the technician and no “up selling” during his visit.

I will use this Company in the future.

Cranmore gave us a very competitive estimate on New Carpeting, They moved furniture, removed the old carpeting, did an excellent job installing the new carpet and stayed until the job was done! I didn't hear any excuses from them about finishing next week as many other contractors will tell you. I was very impressed with their great attitude and they delivered as promised! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Cranmore clean carpet in a couple of rooms and some of our upholstery; they did an excellent job. The tech arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The price was very competitive. We're very pleased with Cranmore and have already recommended them to several of our friends.

This is the second time we’ve used them for carpet and tile cleaning. Both times they’ve done an excellent job. Tiffany(who schedules appointments) is amazing! We had to change appointment times several times due to painters not being done with their work and she was SO accommodating and helpful. I was so appreciative of her understanding the situation. Nice to work with a small business that has great customer service!

We've used Cranmore for the past 5 years.
They've cleaned our tile, carpet and most recently did a carpet stretch for us. We are a home with 7 animals, 5 dogs and 2 cats. We've had senior dogs and puppies, so we always get the enzyme treatment.
Always professional, available even sooner than we expect and results are always great!
Tiffany (think that's who I usually speak to) is also the sweetest thing ever! We're customers for life that's for sure!

Update: April 2024: we decides to rid our house of carpet and have LVP installed, of course using cranmore and we love our new floors!!

We have used Cranmore for carpet cleaning in the past, and today they just finished our tile floor upgrade. I rarely give companies 5 star reviews, but Cranmore proved to be the exception.

From start of the job to finish, I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, and ability to make sure we were happy with their service. I received multiple bids for the job and I was really impressed with how detailed Cranmore's bid was (it made it really easy to understand where I would be spending money). Other companies would have "add-ins" to their pricing but Cranmore's bid was fair. They also brought the tile to us so we could match it to our furniture and provided updates everyday during the installation process.

They also worked extremely hard to get the job done quickly and at the end of the day our flooring is beautiful and more than I could even imagine.

We replaced almost all of our old carpet and tile (1200+ square feet) and they were done in 5 days. Which anytime you upgrade/update your flooring it definitely takes time out of your routine, so knowing it could be done in 5 days was great.

Any issues/concerns we had were immediately addressed and promptly taken care of. I appreciated the fact that I could call it was taken care of.

If you are looking for high quality service and competitive pricing, do yourself a favor and give Cranmore a call. You will not be disappointed.

i recently bought a town home and needed the carpets cleaned before I moved in. After much research, I chose Cranmore because of all their rave reviews. I am glad I did. They are friendly, courteous and professional.Both Tiffany and the technician Jose were a joy to work with. I did have some concerns the next day, and when I expressed this to them, the owners rushed right over (on a Saturday evening) to put my mind at rest. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the results. I am more than happy with the results of my carpet. It looks brand new. I highly recommend Cranmore to clean your carpet. I know I will be calling on them again.

We host Christmas every year and with that, there's at least 20 family members who arrive. Naturally, we use this event as a reminder to get our carpets cleaned. I'm not going to lie, we've used a few different companies since moving to Surprise over 5 years ago. I've been happy with every company we've used, but I was never mind blown enough to save their information. Now, I have Cranmore and can promise you they will be my go-to every single time. They're highly recommended in our FB community group, but the quality of their service and their service of customers backs every recommendation up. Michael was prompt, he was very kind and professional. He was eager to share his knowledge with us and even offered ways to save money. So, we'd be making the most of their services and also getting the most out of each clean. The best part was how affordable they are. It was right before Christmas, so we're in the midst of spending money due to the holidays. Getting carpets cleaned wasn't something we needed, especially if we're trying to save and spend less. But knowing how affordable they are was a relief. The quality of work was fantastic. Our carpets looked brand new again. Michael was wonderful and such a great advocate for Cranmore. Great experience!! Company gave updated courtesy calls which was very much appreciated. Gentleman that came was early, which was nice. He was a super nice guy, considerate of the property and cleaned up as he left. On top of doing a great job, carpets looked great. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Incredible service! We hired them when we moved into our home and again about 8 months later for a carpet cleaning. We scheduled a last minute cleaning before the holidays, and they got us scheduled within the hour. Very reasonably priced! Mike did a terrific job and is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend - we'll be hiring this company for many years to come.

We have used Cranmore Carpet Cleaning for a number of years and they have always been professional, courteous, timely, and cleaned our carpets perfectly. We decided to shop around for new carpet and discovered that Cranmore also sells and installs carpet. Amazing company! I have been using and recommending Cranmore's services since the beginning when they were just two vans and two brothers cleaning carpets. Since then, Ty and his family have grown the business into a one-stop shop for all your flooring needs. They also offer bathroom and kitchen remodeling. While they have grown, they have maintained their hands on family owned business mentality. Always great communication, customer service, and prices. I am embarrassed that I haven't left a review before. 😅 But I can't recommend them enough!

I used Cranmore for carpet and tile grout cleaning (over 3500 sqft). Mike provided the service and he was excellent. He helped move some of the furniture and did an excellent job cleaning the grout and carpets. Highly recommended!
