Brian and Geno were great! They came on time and did an excellent job on our carpets. This is the 2nd time I've used them and I will use them again. Highly recommended, top notch quality and excellent professionalism.

We were incredibly impressed!! Our carpet is 7 years old, very worn, and stained- we are the third owners AND had potty trained our puppy with our carpet... it turned out great, was QUICK, and we didn’t even have to leave the house (we have a newborn) so it was incredibly convenient for us. Customer service and staff was also super friendly and kind.

These guys did an amazing job. They were very professional, made my carpet look new again. With kids and a dog it’s a task to keep it clean. I will definitely be using them again. The were also very quick and knowledgeable and they added on a second room by request at the last minute. Thanks Brian so much.

Brian came out and cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job. Had stains that we thought would not come up did and he made a lot of the carpet that was in our house look new again. Great to work with - high quality job with amazing equipment! I highly recommend Surprise Carpet Cleaning Company! I set an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, they provided me a quote and I was able to book quickly! Their communication was very professional and timely. Rick was my tech cleaner and my carpets look brand new! We've lived in our house for 2.5 years and the carpets were long overdue for a scrubbing. The steam cleaning was just what they needed! I don't even want to walk on it because of the pretty perfect lines :) I will be booking again in the future.

I've used several different carpet cleaning services over the years and this company is without hesitation the best yet! They were on time, true to their quoted pricing, and finished in a timely manner without sacrificing quality service and being customer friendly. Per scheduling invoice, tech is to be paid upon completion. Once tech looked at the carpet, he wants money up front. He did not have any equipment in the house. Told him no we will pay upon completion. He left.
Called Company and they said you have to pay upfront. Explained that email confirmation states to be paid upon completion. Company would not listen to myside.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I am so happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. They paid extra attention to spots that needed more work and it looks like brand new. I highly recommended them and will be using them for future cleanings at both my personal residence and rental properties.
