I have been so impressed with Cranmore. I have depended on them to maintain the highest of standards for several years now. I would never consider hiring another company. They are accommodating in every way possible. I have a wool area rug that I only trust Cranmore's staff to clean at their site. They will pick up and/or deliver my rug. I recently had my carpets and upholstery cleaned. I was so pleased at how meticulously he went about cleaning our family room chairs that we sit in constantly. They looked like new. They are true professionals and can handle every cleaning issue I have had. I especially appreciate their frankness. I had ignored a red stain for way too long. He didn't feel he would be able to get the stain out completely, so he offered to patch the spot with another piece of the same carpet that he could "harvest" from a location somewhere else in the house that would be unseen. I was so pleased to have an option.

Highly recommend Cranmore Carpet Cleaning. The company cleaned three bedrooms and was expertly done by our carpet technician Mike. Mike was very personable, courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Our carpets turned out great and smelled fresh.

Cranmore did an excellent job in the installation of tile for my kitchen backsplash. The installers, Jackson and Kat, were true professionals.
I am picky when it comes to straight tile lines - which were perfect! Jackson and Kat were also very cognizant about keeping the surrounding areas covered with a plastic barrier, did all the tile cutting outside to minimize dust and then were very thorough cleaning up after the installation. I also have to commend Tiffany who had patience and understanding in scheduling measure and installation appointments. I would highly recommend Cranmore for tile products and installation.

Mike came out and cleaned our tiles and grout and did an amazing job! Our floors have never looked better. We were thinking we needed new tiles - but once Mike was done, the floors look amazing. I love the extra steps he takes to set up in order to ensure safety, cleanliness and measure to protect damage from his equipment. He really goes the extra mile!

We found Brian Leach from our realtor Teresa Mouffe. We are from out of town and needed referrals! Brian has been informative and helpful from the beginning! He went way out of his way to encourage me to make my own choices; not necessarily his! Upon deciding to use Genesis, Brian went over to the house and FaceTimed me so he could walk me through what needed to be done. He emailed me his
bid and we accepted. He kept me up to date by sending me photos of what it looked like and what needed to be done! Needless to say we are thoroughly pleased with Brian
