They did an amazing job. Lance was so polite and very fair with their pricing. You can tell they take pride in their work and service they provide. Cheaper and easier than renting those do it yourself machines. Will be getting on their calendar to do my upholstery next. You won't be disappointed!

Got the carpet cleaned and the carpet actually looked worse after our tech left. The tech was a nice enough person but didn’t ask if we needed any areas touched up after he was done he just unplugged the hose and didn’t ask if we were satisfied or anything. We were going to have him do a few spots again but he unplugged the hose before we could say anything and it felt rude to ask him to hook everything up again. Thought we’d wait for the results to set in by waiting for carpet to dry but it still looks horrible, now I’ll be carpet cleaning again and out the money we could have spent on better products to help get the carpet clean. The tech also left the hard floor next to the carpet soaking so we had to mop it up because it was two big puddles. Disappointed in the service and would not buy from this company again nor recommend it. The photo is the morning after the service.

Had them out today and Lance was my technician! He was friendly , professional and did an absolutely amazing job! I am even impressed with the way even as he cleaned up he made sure that even the walkway was swept as he left! I highly recommend All Clean Service Pros!
