OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I called Mike with a carpet cleaning need for a rental house that was fairly urgent to get done ASAP. He responded immediately and adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in the same day. Did a great job for a great price too.

All the tile floors were cleaned also by the company The Cleaning Monkey. The machine malfunctioned and Mike, the owner had another friend show up to help with a different machine so the job was still done in the time promised. Mike also wanted me to report on the grout lines and blood stains in a bedroom to make sure they were cleaned properly .I was instructed to call him in a few days and if necessary he would return to use a different product. He did not use the acid product due to my allergies. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The only problem was the weather. It was damp and cool outside so the carpets stayed wet quite a while.

We have used Mike multiple times for the last 5+ years. We have messy toddlers, and two dogs. So our 6-12 month cleaning is always due. Mike does great pride in his work, takes constructive criticism, helps us learn a few maintenance tricks, is always responsive and is worth every penny. We appreciate you Mike!
