The cleaning monkey is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have used to clean my carpeting. They guarantee their work and will come back as often as needed to ensure you are happy with their services for a year! They also cleaned and resealed my granite countertops and my countertops look like new. Mike and Mark know how to treat the customer and actually follow up to make sure you are satisfied. They also educate the customer on the proper care and cleaning of your tile, carpet and stone in your home including what products to use and avoid. They saved me a lot of money as I was scheduled to have an estimate to replace my carpeting but it looks great now! Try them! You will not be disappointed!

Cleaning Monkey was very professional and was able to fit us in the next day due to a cancellation. Aiden and Javier were friendly and explained the process & products they were using to clean our area rug. The rug looks great! Will definitely call again when we are ready to have our tile cleaned. I was looking for a carpet cleaners near me or carpet cleaning in Phoenix and I decided to ask the public in my area if Surprise/El Mirage/Peoria.
Without question, The Cleaning Monkeys were my choice after several people had recommended them.
They kindly came out after normal hours and squeezed me in last minute and I couldn't be happier.
Their estimate and explanation were free and very detailed. They were so friendly and professional and I knew I'd be incredibly happy.
There was ZERO upsell or hidden fees.
Their step by step process showed me that the owners' 20 years of experience had given him the best education to clean carpets.
They arrived right on time and got every single stain out. They even cleaned my tile leading to my stairs without an extra charge.
They were great at telling me about drying times, how best to achieve fast proper drying and give me booties to wear while the carpets dried.
They were really fast which I appreciated as I have dogs that want to wander the house so being locked up for a nano minute gets me epic side eyes for which I must pay treat taxes until I'm forgiven.
Their guarantee is amazing and I love that they made it very clear that I can call them with any questions I may have.
I'm in a rental and so the carpet is not the best but they definitely made it look brand new. It's better than when I moved in.
