I NEEDED AN INDEX BUTTON FOR A BATH FAUCET AND JIM WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE CALLED THE COMPANY WITHIN AN HOUR, GOT BACK TO ME WITH THE QUOTE AND ORDERED IT. GREAT SERVICE!

Home Depot had the same selection & more for plumbing underneath my sink. I thought it would have more of a variety then Home Depot to hook my new vanity up with. I was hoping it would be my solution. No one available either to help.

While Audrey spent an hour with us choosing mirrors, fixtures, lighting we never received the promised email with prices. Maybe the contractor's name we gave her got the quote but we didn't. We've decided not to use him and won't buy here in future.
