Great service! Anthony replaced my water heater quickly, did quality work, and left everything clean. Highly recommend.

They came out so quickly and replaced our kitchen faucet that we were struggling to get to fully turn off unless it was in the perfect spot. The new faucet works great, and he even offered to go out and look at/explain our water softener system in the garage since we just moved into this house and had no info on it. Super friendly and did great work!

I had a great experience with Anthony. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, keep communication open with me on ETA after I had another very popular plumbing company do a no-show twice. I just got done with a job performed by Echo Plumbing. They did a fantastic job. The plumbers arrived right on time and went right to work. They are very professional, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. The job was done without a problem. They cleaned up and left no trace that work had even been done. He explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. The plumbers take pride in the work they do. Definitely the plumbing company you want to keep posted on the refrigerator. They do the job right the first time. Not only would I recommend Echo Plumbing to my friends but I'm going have them service my family as well! Great job guys!

This company worked on the main waterline for a house we are renting, so I can't speak to the price but all the employees that came to work on it were polite, professional and informative. They were patient when answering questions. They did a great job, and they did it quickly even in the Arizona June heat. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Had a clogged drain on holiday weekend. Called on Sunday and scheduled a service call for holiday Monday. Was told they would be here between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm. They showed up exactly at 12:00 noon. Unclogged three sinks and was finished in under 30-minutes. Anthony is a super friendly guy. Price was also very good. Highly recommend them. Would give them SIX Stars if I could!

I am a rental tenant in a home in Gilbert. The water heater, original to the home from 2009, started leaking and would not supply hot water. Within a half a day, Carter and Anthony researched the correct replacement water heater, bought the unit, removed the old unit, and installed the new one. Installation was completed in less than an hour and a half. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely helpful, easy to get along with, and kept me informed all along as the replacement progressed. They even helped me move some of my equipment and personal items out of the way, which I should have had cleared for them before they even arrived. Exceptional and courteous customer service. The new unit looks great and works flawlessly. They even cleaned up everything in their work area and swept the floor after the job was done. 105% satisfied, I will be recommending Echo Plumbing to friends and family. Super nice and exceeds expectations. I just got a brand new water softener installed in my home after my old one went out. Without asking, he saw I was a car enthusiast and installed a direct hose tap without any extra charge as a courtesy so I can finally wash my cars without working about those annoying hard water spots on my cars.
