Had a toilet leak and CJ came out next day. Absolutely amazing service and grateful to find a reputable, reliable and trustworthy plumber. He was extremely understanding of our situation and worked with us on numerous options to resolve all our plumbing issues. We highly recommend this company and especially CJ!!!

If you’re in need of soft water and a RO system installation, Jeremiah, the owner of Set Apart Plumbing is the guy to reach out to. I reached out to him a couple weeks back to schedule an appointment for a day after our new home closing. He arrived on time and after a brief chat, my wife and I were completely convinced.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable about these systems. Both the soft water and RO system were installed cleanly soon after our conversation. And guess what? He even finished faster than he had estimated!

Great service - again! Jeremiah was friendly, professional, neat, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He replaced my old water heater, which was on its last legs, and installed a new, more efficient unit for me. He explained everything to me so I could understand how the new one worked. He also cleaned up the area so it looks much cleaner and neater. I also spoke with Morgan, who coordinated our appointment, and she was very helpful and friendly, as well. I have previously used SET APART Plumbing for a water softener installation, so I knew they were the best choice for this project. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service or installation service.

Hannah was fantastic! She was friendly and professional on the phone. She worked quickly to set up an appointment and offered a same day service. CJ arrived within his scheduled timeframe. The service communication reminders included a picture to confirm his identity upon arrival. He quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue. He provided a resolution with explanation and estimate of repair. After he resolved the issue, he suggested tips to prevent future visits. It was a wonderful experience.

From my personal experience, they were upfront and honest about the pros and cons of the work we initially wanted done at our home in Laveen. While we’re still waiting on HOA approval for the main project, Jeremiah still went out of his way to help.

I mentioned wanting to see what it would look like to connect our RO system to cooler water. Even though Home Depot was nearby, he left to grab brand-new parts because that’s his standard. He got the job done quickly and made sure nothing used was installed, which I really appreciated.

A huge thank you to Jeremiah who gave me a thorough walk through/estimate of what I had, what I needed and what I did not need. He is 100% attention to detail and actually performed the work himself! Start to finish, he communicated well and kept me aware of what was happening. While the Construction/Service industry predominately has a bad rap, it is comforting to know that there are a few "good guys" out there. Dan was amazing! Called him for a couple plumbing issues. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, was professional and talked us through everything he was doing. Reasonably priced and very friendly. Also licensed for plumbing and general contracting. Needless to say his number is saved and we will definitely be calling him for any needs in the future!!

Dan fixed a faulty ice maker valve and fixed a few other general plumbing issues at my house. He was on time, did good work and his price was very fair. Plus I felt safe inviting him into our home. I would definitely call him again.

Dan worked at my home to installed 4 faucets. He did a great job, in a timely manner. He cleaned up after he was done and my bathrooms looked great! His price was reasonable. I also had him to my church where he fixed 2 toilets. Once again, on time, very professional. He went to work and was able to get both fixed and in proper working order in a short amount of time. I will use him again!

Dan did a superior job installing a temporary kitchen sink for us. He was on time & through. We will definitely use him for other projects that require a professional.

We engaged Dan, the owner of Surprise Plumber and Handyman to convert the tub and shower in our casita to a fully tiled walk-in shower and to redo the sink cabinet with new plumbing, sink, faucet and tile. Dan completed the project with amazing precision. he provided us with ideas that turned out perfectly and beyond our expectations. We ended up with a custom walk-in shower, meticulously tiled, completed with top-of-the-line materials, new drain system and copper plumbing, a pony wall tiled on both the interior and exterior of the shower, and topped off with 3/8" glass to keep it bright and open. Dan's pricing was very reasonable. He showed up on time every week day until the project was completed. If you are considering a home improvement project or a bathroom remodel, give this guy a call. We did and are 100% satisfied with the job and the expenditure. Great job, Dan. Thank you!
