I am a homeowner that knows very little about plumbing and what supplies I needed for some plumbing work at my home. Jose was great. He was patient and very helpful.

I can't say enough about Ryan!!! I was looking to replace a 25 year old bathroom faucet for my mom who wanted something to match her current gold and crystal set in the bathroom. Ryan is AMAZING!!!!! He chatted with us, I sent him photos of what she has, he spent a couple days searching through all their vendors but sadly could not find anything that would work. We are in AZ quarterly to help my mom with the "heavy" stuff since my dad passed 3 years ago, Hughes Supply will be the first place we EVER go for any plumbing needs. Ryan, you are a gem and I look forward to dealing with you in the very near future!

Have a 1992 vintage home and needed a new trap under the sink, with also a short piece that had an inlet for AC drainage. Went to one of the major box stores, and the help I recieved was "Go to isle 46." Well I ended up with something that kind of looked like what I needed, but it wasn't. Went to Hughes and showed Ryan Norris what I had, and Ryan went to the back and pulled the exact same parts I needed to replace. Thanks Ryan!

Now, this location is great! I have nothing but glowing compliments for everyone here. I'm usually in and out quick, and they know what I'm talking about every time I ask for a part.

Every interaction with Set Apart Plumbing was great. My first contact was with Morgan who was quick to gather information on what we think is a leak. She was very flexible, working with our schedule while ensuring we were seen quickly. She was very communicative about the process and extremely Nice.
