Tommy always does an excellent job for us! This time he installed a new water softener and stabilized a toilet for us.

Too Expensive for what little we needed done. You would of thought they were installing plumbing in a whole subdivision, not just a simple sewer line install. A guy named Landon came out and never took a tape measure out and measured anything at all. Just walked around for 2 minutes and left.

We’ve used Burnett’s Plumbing twice now and he is always super responsive. Comes out quickly for urgent needs and reasonable with pricing. Highly recommend!

Tommy cleared it all up and no DEMOLITION needed!!! Tommy was well worth the visit, after two previous visits by two other companies/under a warranty...and after much frustration and worry! Thanks to Tommy Burnett for actually seeking/finding and dissolving/resolving the PLUG in my OLD Cast Iron system and did it directly "from the ROOF", pushing through the plug with just his own camera!... (Something WARRANTY companies will not do!) Tommy got 'er done! He was ALSO able to push out a plastic camera device driver that was "left-in" by the 2nd plumbing company that had come previously...(Which would've eventually caused another BIG PROBLEM PLUG!) Knowledgeable, determined, thoughtful and very resourceful - I'm very grateful for Tommy's diligence! A HUGE HELP!

I have used Burnett Plumbing twice and they are now my go to plumber. Friendly, prompt, and unbelievable reasonable prices. I had Plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Tommy the owner was out of town on vacation. Called me and walked me through how to fix the problem. Most companies charge a service call plus repair cost but not Burnett. Can't say enough great things about this family owned business!
